Reconnect with nature and enjoy historical Hudson
About Angela Neil
Our family has enjoyed this vacation house for many years while living in Manhattan. The views are stunning and the house is clean, contemporary and peaceful! We love waking up to the river views, and spending evenings together underneath the willow tree. Its only about a mile from Warren street in the heart of Hudson city.
Angela Neil purchased this House in 2000
Why Angela Neil chose Hudson
We chose to buy this house after seeing first hand the views from OLANA, the Frederick Church Mansion/Museum. We said to ourselves, 'we have to get a house with a view like this!'

Awesome place to spend Thanksgiving
Wonderful house in perfect location!
This is a very beautiful house with an amazing setting. The view is truly wonderful day and night. It’s very quiet yet close not only to Hudson, but also to Catskill and many other interesting and cute little towns. So much to explore, stunning nature and historic sites around the corner! Truly recommended!
Cute house close to town. Very well maintained with nice indoor and outdoor spaces. I recommend it!
This property was ideally located with gorgeous river views in and outside the home. Perfect-mid-week getaway for calm and much needed relaxation. Also very close to restaurants and shops in Hudson. The owner was very responsive and also helpful providing suggestions for restaurants etc. Well stocked kitchen although we ate out most times. The house was very clean and well furnished . The beds were also very comfortable. The only downside was the dehumidifier which must remain on and therefore made a constant and very audible noise in the whole house. It made it difficult to spend any time in the downstairs rooms and distracted from the overall peacefulness of the setting. Perhaps an upgrade to a more silent machine would help. Would definitely stay here again if this was fixed.
Two miles from Olana, the home of Hudson River School founder Frederick Church.
