My family and i live full time in lexington, ma. We decided to purchase a vacation home in chatham, ma because of the short access from boston. Chatham has all the charm and beauty as nantucket island has which is where we married. It just so happens chatham is so much easier to get to than nantucket! This was an investment for us as we enjoy the experience and the quality of life we have had vacationing in chatham. It is a wonderful vacation spot and best on the cape! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Evelyn and I (with our 3 kids) live full time in Lexington, MA. We decided to purchase a vacation home in Chatham, MA because of the short access from Boston. Chatham has all the charm and beauty as Nantucket Island has which is where we married. It just so happens Chatham is so much easier to get to than Nantucket! This is our third purchase and because of the experience and the quality of life we have had vacationing in in Chatham we have purchased an additional property and decided to rent out this property moving forward. Why David & Evelyn Grainger chose Chatham

Being in North Chatham and at 8/10ths of a mile north of the Chatham Bars Inn this location gives us great access to the Atlantic ocean side beaches, Pleasant Bay and Downtown without running into any major traffic. Having a great breakfast/lunch restaurant (Lazy Lobster), great pizza and dinner (323 North) and beverages (Chatham Light Liquors) within a minute walking distant is a huge plus.

What makes this house unique

We have totally redone this house. From the front and back yard, to new fencing all round, outdoor shower, new huge deck. The quality of the house and the fact we have a beautiful backyard with brand new large deck with fire pit and all weather table top tennis is fantastic and lots of fun! Additional benefits include central heating and central A/C throughout. The fourth bedroom is attached but has access thru the exterior back deck with secure keycode access with year round heat and ac units and includes dish network with plasma TV and queen size bed.

This property has been completely done over and has new furniture, and has high speed Internet (wireless), 3 Plasma Wide Screen TV's. (separate one for kids to hook up their play-station or Xbox).

Our family and guests had an incredible week at your property. The backyard deck, fire pit (with stocked hardwood), and outdoor ping pong table provided hours of fun each day.



Thank you for going out of your way to insure everything was as you listed AND the property being in very organized and CLEAN condition when we arrived. It was a lot of fun and with TV/DVD/Cable and plenty of living space it really was a great place to relax after long days at the beach.



We will be back next year and look forward to staying at Sabin's Lane again!

The place was great, love the set up and seemed roomy even with 8 adults staying there. The deck really brings the place together and the outdoor ping pong table is a plus.

Perfect spot on the cape!

We couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway spot. Great location... a short drive to the beach, restaurants and bars. The house itself was comfortable and roomy and the back yard and porch was the ideal spot for a BBQ. The owners were extremely nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

What a trip!

The house is beautiful, much larger than the photos show. It was a perfect weekend. Everything you could want was there, extra propane, ping pong table, fire pit, and a beautiful outside patio. Thank you for a lovely weekend on the Cape!!

Perfect find for the blizzard of 2017 !

This beautiful home was both spacious and cozy for four generations to spend all together under one roof. We came to the Cape to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Little did we know when planning the event the blizzard of 2017 would hit that weekend. David and Evelyn were so gracious through out the process down to David helping shoveling us out so we would not be late for the surprise anniversary party. We could not have asked for more hospitable owners or a perfect home to stay in. I would recommend this home to anyone and hope to stay here once again !

Perfect for a family weekend *****

Our large family attended a wedding at Chatham Bars Inn this weekend, and the Grangers' house was a perfect home base for us. Close enough to the Inn to drop people on and off with no stress, comfortable beds for all, and very receptive owners. So glad we stayed there; thank you!
