Newer single family house (built in 2013) on Hampton's quiet North Beach. Three story beach house on a private road. Ocean and saltwater marsh views from 2 decks and a 3-season porch, providing both sunrise and sunset views. Open concept main floor with large dining table is great for family gatherings. AC keeps it cool in the summer and a gas fireplace takes the chill off in the fall. WiFi and BlueRay. Nicely equipped kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. Two car garage, so bring your bikes. Enjoy grilling on the back patio. Linens and bath towels provided. Washer and dryer on ground floor.
This home is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view of salt water pond from back bedroom and view of ocean from front bedroom. Short walk to the beach. The enclosed Season Porch is a fabulous place to curl up with a good book or just a morning cup of coffee. The house is very clean and has a washer and 2 dryers. Richard is a great host and gave us several ideas for 1/2 day and full day trips around the area as well as suggestions for local restaurants, of which, we tried and really liked. Only regret, was that we didn't find the Beach Plum restaurant sooner. The ice cream there was fabulous! Richard recommended "When Pigs Fly" Bakery, it has a fabulous array of homemade, unique breads. We bought several loaves to bring home. We stayed at this home for 8 days and took several day trips up and down the coast and up to Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts and of course, New Hampshire. There were 6 adults in our group, 3 couples celebrating our 40th anniversaries and going to the East Coast was on "our bucket list". This house was perfect for us. Each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom with a bedroom to spare! I did ALOT of research before I chose this house and would recommend it to anyone.
Overall, our stay was good. The only downsize was the unfumctional fireplace that we would have used.
We went for a girls weekend. 10 girls total. Really close to a bar on the corner. We could uber everywhere. Downtown Hampton was great. The 401 had amazing food. Close to Portsmouth. 10 minute coastal drive. Portsmouth had great shopping and bars. We would definitely go back!!! Wished we would have got up to Maine!
This home is quite possibly the nicest vacation rental I have ever had the pleasure of renting. The location is awesome, the kitchen is immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable. Richard was very responsive via email and phone. We had a tiny bit of trouble running the (high end - and I am not tech savvy) thermostat and he had someone over within 30 minutes to help us get it working properly. I hope I have the opportunity to stay there again.
This summer home has a well equipped kitchen and an open concept living area. The screened porch was a fun place for our family to work on a big puzzle.
The only negative is a lack of shutters or shades to block the sunlight in the bedrooms in the morning. We enjoyed our second week long family vacation at this property in Hampton Beach.
Stayed a week here with family in July and this house had everything and more than you could ask for! The layout and space had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids(ages, 1, 2, 2, 4, and 8). The 3 younger kids were able to stay in pack and plays so there was plenty of room for us all! The house was impeccable from cleanliness to the design. The decks and 3 season porch were perfect to just sit and relax with a glass of wine or your favorite beer! The owners literally have thought of everything for this house. The owners were also very easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to work with!
The beach was just a short walk away which made it easy to just carry anything we needed to hang out at the beach for awhile, and also easy to head back to the house if you ever got tired of the beach. We also made it to Yorks Wild Kingdom for the day which was a short drive away. There are so many other activities nearby and the owners give you plenty of ideas in a neat binder!
This place was above and beyond our expectations! We would return here anytime!
Seaside location. At low tide the beach is wide enough for bocce ball, Frisbee, softball, volleyball and football. The North Beach is also known for some of the best surfing in the north east. When we are not at the beach, we love to run and bike along the seacoast. Our local night life is quiet, we like sitting on the sea wall to look for shooting stars, but within walking distance is a restaurant/bar, Just down the road is the Main Beach with a boardwalk with amusement arcades, restaurants, music and shops. New Hampshire has no sales tax so enjoy tax-free shopping. The Maine Outlet malls are not far away for a rainy day alternative.
