This condo is conveniently located just steps between the beach and the pool.

Two screened lanais, overlook fish stocked pond and fountain, views of both beach and the gulf waters. Our condo comes totally furnished w/linens and beach towels, start up supplies of paper goods, we furnish liquid shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Uniquely and rare is the enclosed garage for your vehicle, 12 bikes are hanging for your use, beach toys and accessories are included. Discounts available for golfing at Beach View, which is walking distance from the condo.

Next door is the Holiday Inn and 1/4 mile walk to the Sundial. Walk 2 miles to the famous lighthouse. Shelling is a must here and visit the famous Periwinkle Park for free, many rare exotic birds, ducks, swans and a cage of Lemurs.

We are somewhat flexible for days and weeks, discounts for seniors, military, small parties of 2 and clients looking to purchase real estate in Sanibel, Cape Coral or Ft Myers, full refund w/purchase. Request listings via e-mail, reply for more info re/refund of rental w/purchase. No registration fee or cleaning fee by dealing directly w/owner!!

Our bare min. rates of $125/day and 750/week are for 2 seniors. Our posted rates are based on 4 to occupy, $10 per additional guest per day.

What makes this condo unique

Miles of Bike paths and walking the beach, but mostly relaxation. Our free bikes and garage are very unique.

Bill,

We had such a good time in your condo! Great location, we had everything we needed only complaint was our vacation was too short. We love Sanibel! Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful vacation and we hope we can rent from you again. I've rented many times on Sanibel, however, the garage made such a difference on my vehicle. Your rates are great as well as your condo is great we had more than we needed with the TV's, beach equipment, bikes, etc. Thank you.

Love Sanibel!

Husband and I, daughter and two granddaughters enjoyed 5 days at this perfect condo. It was very comfortable in every way. Loved the pool and having the bicycles to use was a real plus. Look forward to a return visit to this home away from home!

Homey condo with great amenitites

We stayed here with our two young adult children. The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a very homey feeling. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and there were plenty of towels (including beach towels), lawn chairs, beach toys, books, games and free bikes. There are a ton of bike trails on Sanibel and the free bikes were a great bonus! Just beware the bike paths are not lighted so a car would be nice for after dark or at minimum a light source while bike riding. The beach weather was a little cool but the sea shells were very abundant and fun to hunt for special ones. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature but did not have a hot tub. There are two patios that are screened in and well-furnished for lounging as well as a few grills on the condo property. Holiday Inn is right next door and was convenient for the restaurant as well as the Tiki bar. There is also a golf course right around the corner. Some places within 2 mile bike ride we visited are the Island Cow- a great place to eat with very reasonable prices, cute shops at Periwinkle Place, and Jerry’s Supermarket – amazing fresh baked bagels! This was a great island for outdoor activities or a quiet day at the condo by the pool or on the beach but not a lot going on later that we found. A lot of restaurants were closing early and there is not much night life. That said, I would definitely recommend this property for a family oriented vacation or the outdoor enthusiast.

We also took the Key West ferry which was a very nice ride there but the ride back was a little rough due to inclement weather. I would not recommend if prone to seasickness unless the weather is supposed to be good. We also used Superior shuttle which was easy to book online with clean vehicles, friendly drivers, and they were there at least 10 minutes early to get us to and from the airport (even at 3:45 am!).

Lastly, Bill was great to work with. We received timely responses via email and check in/check out was a cinch. We had absolutely no issues and the property was as described and very nice.

Sanibel is Paradise

We've been going to Sanibel every Summer for the past five years. This year didn't planned in advance and he house we always stay at, was not available. After looking for several days I found Bill's condo. I immediately liked the old fashion way he communicated. At our arrival the place was spotless, freshly cleaned and perfectly equipped.

The closeness to the ocean made it a no brainer to go back and fourth. We stayed at the Beach way after Sunset... Stunning! The Kids found more shells and fauna at his particular Beach, than they ever had anywhere else in the Island... and we have stayed before at a more secluded beach. My husband particularly liked that the condo is close to restaurants and Jerry's Supermarket, also the hotel next door has a tiki bar where you can order some foods and drinks. My husband and I had the opportunity to relaxed while the kids had fun. It was the perfect ending to a fun, but very busy Summer. Needless to say we would love to be back.

We absolutely loved Bill's condo. It was just as described and what a pleasure to stay there. All of the amenities was a wonderful plus. Our only regret was we didn't have longer to stay. We would definitely like to stay here again and hopefully will again in the near future. Thank you

Another great stay

This is our second time staying with Bill at Sanibel Siesta. We had a great time both times. We have 2 kids ages 3 and 5 and managed really well without a car. We took airport shuttles and biked all over the island with the free provided bikes and a trailer rental. The condo is clean, cheery and well appointed - especially with all of the pool toys and beach gear. The condo location is perfect on a really nice beach and the pool is well sheltered on a windy day. Bill is very professional and responds quickly to any need or question. We'll be back!
