This condo is conveniently located just steps between the beach and the pool.
Two screened lanais, overlook fish stocked pond and fountain, views of both beach and the gulf waters. Our condo comes totally furnished w/linens and beach towels, start up supplies of paper goods, we furnish liquid shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Uniquely and rare is the enclosed garage for your vehicle, 12 bikes are hanging for your use, beach toys and accessories are included. Discounts available for golfing at Beach View, which is walking distance from the condo.
Next door is the Holiday Inn and 1/4 mile walk to the Sundial. Walk 2 miles to the famous lighthouse. Shelling is a must here and visit the famous Periwinkle Park for free, many rare exotic birds, ducks, swans and a cage of Lemurs.
We are somewhat flexible for days and weeks, discounts for seniors, military, small parties of 2 and clients looking to purchase real estate in Sanibel, Cape Coral or Ft Myers, full refund w/purchase. Request listings via e-mail, reply for more info re/refund of rental w/purchase. No cleaning fee!Our bare min. rates of $125/day and 750/week are for 2 seniors in the off season. Our posted rates are based on 4 to occupy, $10 per additional guest per day.

Great location on Sanibel! Highly Recommend
The value was tremendous in that you have a location that is right on the beach but is also a short bike or car ride to the market or restaurants. We are out most of the time but the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook from home when you want to do so. Having your own garaged parking spot for your car was a great bonus. There was plenty of bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids too. The owner was very responsive when we had a question as well. We hope to be back soon!
This condo is extremely outdated. Everything needs updated (sheets, towels, decor, paint, wall paper peeling off the bathroom wall, bath mat was an old piece of carpet cut to fit the space, etc). When we checked in there was a strong odor of some type of cleaner. Would not recommend.
As the owner, I apologize for any inconvenience, we have recently re-painted and installed large lazor cut tile thru-out, except new carpeting in the bedrooms. We have notified the maid re/the strong Fabuloso odor you may encountered and purchased new linens. Not sure how the loose cut carpet was left in the bathroom and has been replaced w/a new bath mat. Your rate was discounted considerably to offset any upgrades during the re-hab. We will offer you an additional discount for your next stay, thanks, Bill
We traveled all over south Florida over the years and we can say, without a doubt, that Sanibel Island is by far our favorite location. We weren't sure what to expect as we booked a stay at the last minute. Bill was so accommodating and the rental process was a breeze. When we arrived at the condo, we were amazed by how much thought and care had gone into the property in terms of making guests feel right at home. It was as close to a 'just bring your toothbrush' rental one could hope for. Everything we could have needed was readily available, and then some! Unfortunately, we found the fishing tackle as we were packing up to leave. :) We'll have to take advantage of the fishing gear next time! Thanks again, Bill. We loved our vacation. Fondly, R
We had such a good time in your condo! Great location, we had everything we needed only complaint was our vacation was too short. We love Sanibel! Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful vacation and we hope we can rent from you again. I've rented many times on Sanibel, however, the garage made such a difference on my vehicle. Your rates are great as well as your condo is great we had more than we needed with the TV's, beach equipment, bikes, etc. Thank you.
Husband and I, daughter and two granddaughters enjoyed 5 days at this perfect condo. It was very comfortable in every way. Loved the pool and having the bicycles to use was a real plus. Look forward to a return visit to this home away from home!
Homey condo with great amenitites
We stayed here with our two young adult children. The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a very homey feeling. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and there were plenty of towels (including beach towels), lawn chairs, beach toys, books, games and free bikes. There are a ton of bike trails on Sanibel and the free bikes were a great bonus! Just beware the bike paths are not lighted so a car would be nice for after dark or at minimum a light source while bike riding. The beach weather was a little cool but the sea shells were very abundant and fun to hunt for special ones. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature but did not have a hot tub. There are two patios that are screened in and well-furnished for lounging as well as a few grills on the condo property. Holiday Inn is right next door and was convenient for the restaurant as well as the Tiki bar. There is also a golf course right around the corner. Some places within 2 mile bike ride we visited are the Island Cow- a great place to eat with very reasonable prices, cute shops at Periwinkle Place, and Jerry’s Supermarket – amazing fresh baked bagels! This was a great island for outdoor activities or a quiet day at the condo by the pool or on the beach but not a lot going on later that we found. A lot of restaurants were closing early and there is not much night life. That said, I would definitely recommend this property for a family oriented vacation or the outdoor enthusiast.
We also took the Key West ferry which was a very nice ride there but the ride back was a little rough due to inclement weather. I would not recommend if prone to seasickness unless the weather is supposed to be good. We also used Superior shuttle which was easy to book online with clean vehicles, friendly drivers, and they were there at least 10 minutes early to get us to and from the airport (even at 3:45 am!).
Lastly, Bill was great to work with. We received timely responses via email and check in/check out was a cinch. We had absolutely no issues and the property was as described and very nice.
Kite surfing and wind surfing is popular along the causeway and Lighthouse beach. Becoming more popular is the kayak and paddleboard uses.
