Six of us spent a long Columbus Day weekend here. The house is large and very tastefully and comfortably furnished, and it's well supplied with anything one could need. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. And the mountain views are spectacular. Though there are neighbors on either side, the yard is very private. We felt as if we were in our own mountain hideaway. Would highly recommend it.
This house was perfect, we just wish we had brought more friends, we barely used half of it! It was really nice to be able to bring the dog. The hanging fireplace was a unique and wonderful experience. All the wing back chairs in the living room are recliners! I think all it's missing is a hammock. Had a great time at Bromley's summertime fun park, less than 10 min. drive. The place is everything you see in the pictures and more. Location great too. The only complaint was from the kids was that the WiFi was weak, but I think that would be easy to fix.
The house was perfect. A great retreat from NYC, idyllic setting and in great condition. Instructions were straightforwards, house was clean, neat, and well labeled in terms of where to find dishes, extra linens, how to open the door etc. The views from the decks were stunning. Hot tub worked great. Enough beds to sleep 10 people comfortably. Overall, we had a great experience renting this property and highly recommend staying at this house in Manchester!!
My wife and I stayed in this house - along with another couple - and we were very happy. It's a large, lovely home with great amenities and beautiful views. Great location near Manchester center, very close to restaurants and outlets, etc. We especially loved the fireplace, games, and jacuzzi, and we also cooked a few great meals (all necessary cooking utensils provided). We came for fall foliage - which was truly spectacular - but this would be a great house any time of year. The booking process was smooth and easy, as was our arrival, departure and return of security deposit. Only the master suite has a king-size bed, but we pushed two twins together to make a second king. I highly recommend staying here - especially considering how much farther your money goes than at a hotel. Thanks again!
