Spacious and comfortable Apartment in Northwest

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas season in this well equipped Nob Hill District apartment with plenty of space to allow our family to visit. The owner is most personable and helpful. You'll find a nice fireplace in the living room which warmed us up during the chilly December weather. The apartment has a driveway parking space which is narrow but was functional for our rental car, a Nissan Sentra. A bigger vehicle would be difficult. The parking space is a key feature of the apartment as parking is a challenge in this very vibrant area near the 21st and 23rd Street scenes. There are plenty of restaurants and night spots in the area. Trader Joe's and City Market are nearby for groceries. Also, there is a Portland Streetcar terminus on 23rd Street and Marshall Streets. If you are interested in a Boulangerie and Patisserie don't miss the St Honore at Thurman and 23rd Place. We were very pleased with the restaurant Serratto half a block away on 21st and Kearny. We also enjoyed the Happy Hour with good food at 23Hoyt at 23rd and Hoyt. There are many other choices in the area for you to select from and the very thorough apartment information binder lists several.

We have been to Portland many times as we have family there. We previously stayed in apartments in the Pearl District which we also enjoyed but feel this is a better choice. We plan to m stay here again on our next visit.

STAY HERE!

  • 5 of 5

We could not have asked for a better place. Ed thought of everything. The place was nicely furnished, very clean, great beds (very comfortable mattress). Kitchen was full stocked. The parking spot was such a plus. Rent a compact car, since the spot in the driveway is a little tight. Loved the neighborhood. We have stayed at many rentals through VRBO and HomeAway all over the U.S and Mexico and this is one of the nicest places we stayed. Ed even let us check in early since no one stayed the night before.
