My family and I have been enjoying the Brainerd Lakes area for over 15 years and we love it. Unfortunately, the kids are at an age where we aren't able to enjoy it as much as we would like. We have spent a considerable amount of time energy here making this the perfect lake home.

There is no other vacation spot in Minnesota like the Brainerd Lakes Area on what it can provide as far as amenities and beauty. This home will provide everything you will need in order to have a perfect get away.
The morning easterly views are incredible and in the afternoon when you have had enough sun the shade and cooler breeze is incredible. You will find this home is placed at the perfect spot on Gull Lake.
Very nice home with a beautiful view .The house was well equipped and very clean.Nice dock with many parking spots
Once again we found this Gull Lake retreat a pleasure to stay in. Our extended family of 5 adults and 4 children had plenty of space to spread out in. the children enjoyed catching many panfish of the dock and swimming was fabulous. We will definitely be looking forward to 2017 and our vacation at the lake.
We made this reservation having never stayed on Gull Lake before. This very nice, spacious home was all the room we needed for 3 families including 4 grandchildren. The home had everything in it that one needed to set up house keeping and relaxing for the week. The yard, patio, porch and fire pit were all very nice features. The children enjoyed playing in the water and the dock set up was very comfortable for relaxing adults. Fishing was very fun for the kids and the panfish were ferocious. we will definitely do whatever we can to stay here again.
We loved this place! It is very spacious.
The home had plenty of room for our 4 couple family as well as 5 grand kids.
We found everything to be in order as advertised.
Very clean, neat and modern as very well appointed.
We would definitely recommend to a friend and do plan to stay here again!!
This home was all that we had hoped for. It was extremely clean, well furnished, and had everything we were looking for. The kitchen was modern and well furnished with all the "extras" for our use. Though we ate some meals in the dining room, we thoroughly enjoyed the large, screened- in porch overlooking the lake for meals as well as socializing. We also spent a great deal of time on the dock which was large and accommodated lots of people without needing extra chairs. The outside area was well landscaped and cared for. Our family made use of the next door sand volleyball court as well as the paddleboat provided. They had "extra" things for the kids such as outdoor games, inside board games, life jackets, etc. In the evening we all sat around the fire pit socializing/laughing. This home felt like home and made for a great time for all. The manager was easy to communicate with and gave us suggestions for people we could contact when we had a small social gathering. We appreciated her willingness to assist us. Because we were familiar with the area, we were aware of the golf courses, shopping, and other unique venues. As you can probably tell, we highly recommend this property and would love to make a return visit.
We had two families enjoy this great setting on Gull Lake. There was plenty of room for privacy, as well as time together. The screened porch overlooking the lake served as a great spot for most meals. The home was very clean and welcoming. In fact, the only downside of the home was that the air conditioner worked too well. The basement was chilly, but since it was 90 degrees outside each day we were there, it was hard to be bothered. The kids caught many panfish off the expansive, clean, and sturdy dock. We even landed a 2.5 lb. largemouth. There were a lot of weeds off the end of the dock, but we were still able to waterski from the property without much difficulty. Swimming, relaxing, and even volleyball, were the order of every day. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful as to recommendations and directions. We would certainly go back again in the future. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Nisswa is a small town about 15 minutes away that has nice shops and dining. The lakes area provided many different shopping areas, golf and activities for the kids without driving more than 20 minutes. Brainerd is a nice size city with everything from large box stores to small.
