Why Property Manager chose Moab
We really enjoy the quiet location off the main drag, but close to all the action when we want it! We love to walk or bike to Main Street along the Millcreek Parkway which is adjacent to the property. There is a stream alongside the Parkway trail, and my kids have loved looking for frogs and crawdads along the way.
What makes this Townhome unique
Enjoy relaxing on the outdoor patios while taking in views of the Moab Portal and Rim. Quiet location! I love sleeping with the windows open in the spring and waking up to the birds chattering in the morning. Early birds can get out and walk the Millcreek Parkway or explore the nearby Scott Matheson Wetlands while others sleep! With this location, no one will feel 'stranded'. The Kane Creek road is nearby...one of my favorite early morning bike rides.

It was so easy to get everywhere from here. We could walk to restaurants, quick drive to our favorite grocery store, and can avoid the congested road through town after visiting Arches or Canyonlands.
Even the orientation of the house was perfect to enjoy shaded afternoons outside hanging out and grilling.

We had some incidents with kitchen utensiles I but talked to the manager and were fix the same day So if I come back some day in the future I will try to rent it Again
The garden and garden tables and chairs were very dirty. But only those items we noticed dirty. Thanks for every thing. We really enjoy your house

Very comfortable town home. The entertainment area is bigger than it looks in the picture. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well.
We enjoyed barbecuing and the nice view to the Moab's mesa while sitting in the back patio.
Kitchen well equipped.
We appreciated having a vacuum cleaner and rags in the garage to clean the car..
Overall Margo has thought of every details to make a comfortable stay.

Great spot to be based for Moab adventures
Great property. Very clean and kept up. Central to the city of Moab. Urgent care is across the street. The house was well stocked with condiments and we were able to grill steaks one night. Quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that the internet was slow. It wasnt possible to stream netflix or watch videos on my ipad when we were home relaxing during the evenings. I would stay here again.

Great Location in Moab Near Arches
Close to Main Street and minutes from Arches National Park, with community swimming pool access, laundry room, BBQ and 3 TVs. We really enjoyed our stay and insider tip for a local hike. Just wear bug spray if outside in the evening... we got bit watching the great 4th of July fireworks.
