No contact even after a visit from us prior to our stay at which time they said someone would contact us and never did. Needs better customer service

This was my 4 or 5th time renting thru SVR and everything is always as good as they say it will be. I love that the agent always checks in on your arrival to see how things are.
We had a great time at this property. We ended up with 9 folks and our family dog by the end of the week. The layout of the house was fantastic allowing each couple to essentiially have their own space. The dog friendly city beach is just 2 blocks away and we enjoyed many walks there with our pup. The rock point at the south end of the beach was a perfect spot to watch some magnificent sunsets. For a large group this property was ideal and we would stay here again .
This a great property. Great location not far from beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. It's set up very well for a family vacationing together, so next time we'll be bringing more family. This is a wonderful rental, and we really appreciate that the owners allow it to be dog-friendly.
We had a wonderful time while staying at this home in Carmel. We were a group of three families with younger kids and the bedroom situation worked out great for us. The property manager was amazing and helped us to prepare for our trip and was very accommodating. The location was also perfect for walks to the beach, but away from the Carmel traffic. Sitting in the spa and listening to the waves crash on the beach after the kids were asleep was very relaxing! Thank you for a great stay!
