This is a very special condo that offers plenty of room for a family of six or plenty of privacy for two couples. Our balcony is on the ocean side so it is very private and quiet.
Yes, Misiones is a very relaxing resort. If you like to party hard, do tequila shots by the pool and play loud music, Misiones is not for you. However, if you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation with your family or someone special, I think you'll find Misiones to be the perfect place.

Hi,We live in the Midwest and really enjoy going to Cabo and getting out of the cold during our winter month's, which seems like most of the year.We are happy to share our special place with you. We welcome you at our home in Cabo and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
The main reason we purchased our place in Cabo was the location. It is the only place where the desert meets the ocean. The ocean is abundant with wildlife, whale watching, deep sea fishing, sea lions, sea rays and much more. The weather seems perfect most of the time and the local people are always so friendly and willing to help. Enjoy and relax at Misiones private beach or pool with a swim up bar. If it is excitement or night life your looking for, We are surrounded by many different restaurants and bars.(Misiones is centrally located). We have always felt safe and welcome here. Truly a place you will enjoy.
Waking up with awesome views of the ocean from almost every room in the place. Watching the whales and ray's and other wildlife (as well as the Cruise Ships) from the comfort and privacy of your home as your grilling out or just relaxing with your favorite beverage.
We take all guest comments very seriously. I apologize for the gas grill burners not working properly upon arrival. The gas grill burners will rust out and cause a uneven flame, more so around saltwater. Sometime's we are not aware of this until it is brought to our attention, as soon as it was we replaced it. It was replaced within 10 days of notification, per guest . We did receive 4 out of 5 stars, so I am very glad that they were still able to enjoy their vacation. It was also mentioned that we have a spectaculer view. Please take a look at the pictures, that is exactly what you will get. The kitchen is well suited to prepare a full meal. The manager (live's on site) works very hard to maintain a nice place. The condo has everything you need to have a enjoyable vacation, even a washer & dryer. Most of all is the spectacular view. Between your playing around in Cabo, it is very nice to come home and relax while watching the Whale's (please see actual picture's from balcony), cruise ships passing by, and listening to the sound of the ocean. So if your looking for a nice & clean place with awesome views at a great price, please contact me or fill out the request. Thank You
Very nice condo with spectacular views! The location is great, close to everything you would need. The condo itself is well stocked so that you can travel light. Property is nicely maintained with nice pools. I had an incredible time. TOO short in my opinion but can't wait to return.
We had a wonderful 6 day stay at Misiones Del Cabo in Mike's condo. The condo has plenty of space and everything is just as pictured. The furniture was comfy and the wifi worked great. I cooked a few times in the kitchen and found everything I needed in the cabinets. The rooms have plenty of storage for clothing and the bathrooms are spacious. The washer and dryer were used quite a bit to dry pool towels and wash clothing. Knowing there was a washer/dryer allowed us to pack less clothing which was great. The stairs (about 60 steps) up to the condo are killer diller.. but by the end of the week we were pretty used to them.. A very nice gentleman at the gate helped lug all of our bags up the stairs which was a very nice surprise. The pool bar was closed for most of our stay.. it only opened up on the last two days we were there.. and the snack bar at the pool never did open to make the tacos we had read so much about. But that was okay.. the place was so quiet.. sometimes (most times) we were the only ones in the pool.. either of the pools. We did rent a car at the airport (**). That made it very nice for venturing out and about. We went to WalMart several times and to the Mall.. We drove to Todos Santos to have lunch at the Hotel California. Places we ate: Villa Serena, Sunset Pizza and Wine Bar, Common Table, Infusion Bistro.. all were very good.. In fact.. the seared tuna at Villa Serena was so good we went there twice. We rented Waverunners from SeaCabo which was a blast. Went snorkeling from the private beach below Misiones (bring flippers, mask and snorkel and you will be able to get out past the strong breaks).. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. The power did go out on our last day but we spent our morning packing and then floating in the pool until it was time to leave. We travel a lot and the power goes out all the time in most places we have been in Mexico.. All in all we would definitely go back to Mike's condo at Misiones.. I can't believe we have never been to Cabo before.. it is such a quick flight from San Diego.. We will, for sure, be back. ** The big name rental agencies want to charge you a FORTUNE to rent a car .. with all the insurance and taxes, etc. Dominic is the ONLY way to go in renting a car in Cabo.. $300 cash.. full tank of gas.. all inclusive.. he meets you in the parking lot.. and you drop off in the same lot. easy peasy http://www.dominicloscabos.com/index.htm
The view of the Sea of Cortez was amazing from the balcony. The pool was so relaxing and the shrimp tacos and drinks were very good. I think we had lunch there every day!! The location is close to downtown but far enough away to enjoy sound of the waves.
The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room. We would definitely refer our friends to stay here. We will definitely be back!
Great place with tremendous views. two great beaches to access and thankfully there is a small general store to help in between trips to the grocery. Mike's place has about the best view one could ask for. Poolside bar and light food menu was a great option to boot. We went with our two teenagers and even they had fun. Also, the complex ran special event nights three of the days we were there, great option for those days of rest. We also booked a number of adventures and had no issue getting picked up for those trips. Bus to and from town is the best option for any travel needs.

Had a great stay! Condo's amenities match the comforts of home. The in unit washer/dryer alone was a huge deal to our family of 4. The views in the VRBO pictures are exactly what it is. We sat on the balcony most nights listening to the waves and watching devil rays jump around in the ocean. We had a great dinner in the Sunset Pizza & Wine Bar - walking distance from the condo. It is true that there are a lot of stairs around this property ....you will work off some of that Cabo food! We rented a car - it would have gotten expensive quickly having to rely on cabs. The complex grounds are beautifully maintained with tropical flora. We always felt safe, not only here but anywhere we went in Cabo. Mike has a book in the unit with lots of useful tips.....do yourself a favor and read it as it will save you some time trying to figure some things out! ; ) Owner responds quickly and has local contacts available should the need arise. Would love to return sometime!
We stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults) and loved it.
The nicest things about this place are the beautiful views from the balconies, from the bedroom and living room area, the balcony wraps around. There is a nice grill and patio furniture to enjoy meals from.
The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked all breakfasts at the condo and hate late afternoon snacks of shrimp, fish, and beef tacos from the pool bar (opens at noon). Pool bar also serves very nice, strong margaritas!
The walk down to the beach is not for you if you have any physical limitarions. We do not, but I was thinking that this should be made very clear to guests not comfortable traversing stairs with gear.
The beach is gorgeous, very secluded, and you can snorkel with the gear provided in the unit when the surf isn't raging. I saw the most beautiful fish whIle snorkeling here, ever, and I have snorkels in many places, including Cancun area (Playa del Carmen).
You should rent a car if staying here. It is less expensive than taxi. We went to buy groceries at wal-mart, close by, but taxi costs as much as you pay for car for the day. You can also drive into Cabo San Lucas in 10 mins and park very cheaply at the mall garage, then walk around. We had car for 3 days at $150. You can drop car at airport and avoid the $80 taxi ride. I was skeptical of renting a car, but it is so much more economical. We took taxi from airport to condo (@$65), then rented car from reception at condo, they drop it off for you and parking is free.this is likely the easiest way to do it.the taxi from airport to condo stopped at grocer and we picked up supplies for night, then rented car next day and bought additional groceries from wal mart next day.
The only restaurants in walking distance are at least 1/2 mile away.
The pool and grounds are so nice. Very relaxing and chill.
You won't want to leave much, but it's nice to venture out and see the infamous cabo marina.
The only negative thing about our 4 night stay was the cold showers. I would typically give that a 2 star review, but everything else about this wonderful place made up for it!
Go and enjoy 😊
