Be in the center of action at the most spectacular beach in the Puerto Rico metro area, the Isla Verde Beach. Enjoy the fabulous 180 degree beach views while sipping your favorite wine, from our balcony and from our two bedrooms, while being in the center of action with restaurants, clubs, casinos, 24 hour supermarkets, and hotels at very short walking distance.

Our apartment at Marbella, the most sought after building for vacation rentals, has just been professionally remodeled in a modern contemporary style and minimalist decor that provides the perfect foreground to the magnificent beach views. Here, the ocean and palm trees blend with the predominantly white and grey hues with red accents on this new apartment. The new kitchen has white cabinets with black quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances.

The sleeping accommodations are configured to fit up to 8 guests, as follows:

Master bedroom: one king sized bed and one twin 1/2 size (45 inches) high quality danish futon ( for 3 guests).

Second bedroom: one full sized bed with one twin 1/2 size(45 inches) high quality danish futon (for 3 guests).

Living area: one full sized high quality danish sofa/bed futon (for 2 guests).

Bed mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens, and high quality pillows were carefully selected for your sleeping enjoyment. Towels are also thick and thirsty, high quality brand 100% cotton. In addition, all bedrooms and the living area have modern window treatments which include black outs, so you can sleep well in the mornings.

Both bedrooms have ample built in newly constructed closets.

We have thought of every detail in the design of this beautiful vacation property.

Marbella del Caribe complex has the largest common facilities of any apartment building in Isla Verde, which includes, basketball court, children's playground, huge swimming pool and tennis court. Also, a bbq area in front of the beach, which allows you to have your own BBQ party on the beach! (amenities are private areas for building tenants, not accessible to others, the access to these areas from the beach is gated).

Excellent property, fantastic owner

My wife and I spent a week at Annie's place in December of 2015 and had a wonderful time. From the time we first contacted Annie inquiring about availability until the time we checked out she was fantastic to work with, going out of her way to answer questions and make suggestions. She made the vacation!

Now for the property...Annie has done a great job remodeling the unit. It's clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Having a kitchen was a big plus as it saved us time and money as we'd prepare our breakfast in the unit and enjoy a nice relaxing morning lounging on the balcony.

The location is ideal as it's close to a number of great eateries all within walking distance. The supermarkets are within walking distance provided you are not trying to carry home a weeks worth of food. As others have mentioned there is a Walgreens basically across the street carrying just about anything you need (beer, wine, sunscreen, coffee, liquor, beach gear...)

The beach was fantastic - big, clean, warm water, easy waves and the week we were there it was quite empty and quiet in front of Annie's unit. I took a walk to the Ritz as we were debating between there and Annie's place and I was happy we made the decision. The beach at the Ritz is not as nice as the beach in front of Annie's and the beach at the Ritz is small and crowded.

We did not have any disturbances or encounter loud noise at Annie's the entire week. And everyday we'd turn the AC off and leave the balcony door and unit front doors open to enjoy the sea-breeze. At night we'd enjoy a nice bottle of wine outside on the balcony - it was perfect.

To our surprise the pool was clean and provided a nice quiet sanctuary for my wife as it blocked the wind and allowed her to settle in with a good book and relax.

As a side another reason I picked this location is because I'm a kitesurfer - the location is ideal because you can kite a hundred yards to the left of the unit where 15 knots kiteboarding school is located.

Perfect for our trip!

Spent 5 nights here on a girlfriends beach trip. The location is great! Right on the beach, close to the airport, nice beach, nice pool, easy access to public transportation, clean, safe, modern! Walgreens right across the street. Hotels nearby, restaurants very close, casino a couple blocks away, bus stop right out front. Easy communication/check-in and check out with the owner. She provided lots of area info prior to our trip and was available to greet us at check in. Loved the balcony for coffee and beach view in the early morning. The photos on the website are current and represent the condo very well. We felt that there was plenty of room for the four of us. As others have stated, the keys are a pain in the beginning, but you get used to it quickly. We would rent this lovely condo again when visiting San Juan and do recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment with fabulous view!

We spent 10 days in this lovely condo. It was right on the beach with a wonderful view from the balcony. There were both casual and upscale restaurants within walking distance and easy freeway access. I can't thank Annie enough for all of her help in making this a great trip! She provided her personal cell number and was always available when we had questions. I hope we get to visit Puerto Rico again!

Well maintained apartment with amazing views

Stayed at Annie's apartment with two of my girlfriends recently. Loved it!! The apartment is not only remodeled and very well furnished, but also immaculately maintained. You can't beat the ocean view from all rooms and the breeze !! It is a walking distance to a nice bakery , great restaurants and major hotels for evening entertainment. Access to the beach and pool , and available garage parking make the stay hassle-free. Thank you Annie, for making this property available for guests to enjoy! It's a gem! Will definitely stay again if travelling to PR.

LOVED this spot

We LOVED this spot! It is very nicely updated and has a lovely modern look. The bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were both a good size with nice updates. Our favorite aspect was the balcony with the beautiful patio doors. We kept that door open all the time we were in the apartment and loved sitting on the balcony both to start and finish our days. We have stayed in several different units in Marbella and absolutely love the condo location. It's a great spot as far as convenience for walking to restaurants- and a quick cab ride from Old San Juan. Compared to the other units we have stayed in, this one was the nicest and most up to date. And we absolutely loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that were great quality and so convenient to carry down to the beach. My one complaint/suggestion would be to have a few more of the staples provided in the apartment- for example, salt, pepper, butter, things like that. It was a bit difficult to find some of the utensils, that we wanted to use to make a few breakfasts in the condo. Other than that, this spot was top notch. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others. Also, Annie was great to work with- easy to communicate with, and quick to respond.

The best place to stay hands down!!

We were a party of 8 ranging in age from 9 to 65. The updated and modern condo is very roomy and the wall that opens up to the balcony gives even more room! The condo kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked full meals daily. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and even sand toys, a cooler, and a boogie board! The location CAN'T BE BEAT!!! After you take elevator to the lobby and walk across the courtyard you are on the beach!!!! :) awesome waves, walk down the beach for parasailing and jet skiing. It was so fun to get Home from an excursion and head to the beach, or wake up early and take a walk hunting seashells! The pool is large, there is a basketball court, swing set, and BBQ pit. Some of the reviews talk about being frustrated with keys. It is really not a big deal. Once you remember which ones are for what door, it's easy. Annie gave us two sets and that made it much more convenient.

Anne is fabulous and was available and willing to take care of any requests. Look no further- this is truly the rental you want!!!!

We are a family of five, mom, dad and there sons. We grew up going to the Isla Verde Beach every Sunday especially in the area from Marbella del Caribe to the San Juan Hotel, it was the in place to be on week ends, so we have fond memories of the area. We still love to go to this beach but now share it with our renters.

This property has the great advantage of being on the beach. You just take the elevator, go down and through the lobby and out to the beach! The pool and common amenities this building has for people of all ages are great. The apartment was recently remodeled and you will be in a modern, luxurious place, with the living area with fascias and led lights and with a fantastic beach views from wherever you look in the apartment, what else can you ask for?

The apartment is prepared to fit 8, very few apartments in this building are. The renovation included adding an additional bathroom, new closets, new kitchen and all new furnishings, from the potholders to the flat panel TV's.

Our apartment building Marbella del Caribe West is located on the main strip of famous Isla Verde Avenue, the most sought after tourist area in Puerto RIco. It has the most beautiful turquoise beach, a very long two mile stretch just in our doorstep, you only need to take the elevator and you are in this magnificent beach, surrounded by palm trees and walking on white sand. Walking distance from our condo, you can find El San Juan Resort and Casino- a Waldorf Astoria Hotel, The Intercontinental Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, the Verdanza Hotel, the Embassy Suites Hotel, and the Water Beach Club. You will find all sorts of restaurants in the area, from all fast food chains, to fancy restaurants, you name it and Isla Verde has it. The Isla Verde Beach has a variety of water sports you can practice, like: parasailing, jet skiing, windsurfing, snorkeling and sailing. You will be within a short cab or bus ride to the areas of Condado, Ocean Park and Old San Juan. I will provide you with my own guide of must do activities I have prepared taking into account the guests who have stayed in my properties. I will also give you my own restaurant guide of the in places to eat in the San Juan Metropolitan area.
