Condo, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 13-15)

Directly on the beach. Chair rentals pre-paid. This nearly new 2250 SF corner end unit is the best of all units in Tidewater. Sleeps 13-15. We are counting the bunk area as the 4th bedroom. Everyone that has stayed here said they loved it. The wrap around corner balcony provides a full view of the Gulf looking straight out from the balcony while the pool is located directly below on the end of the building. This is the only stack that is direct gulf front with any view of the pool. From the wrap around the corner balcony, you are close enough to throw a baseball in the Gulf or a ping pong ball in the pool (but don't). The photos tell the story. The biggest draw back to most condos is that during the busy season, the elevators can be a little slow. No Problem! You can walk down one level to the garage walkover or down four levels to the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater Beach Resort:: This is the only unit with direct gulf front and pool visibility. Grandma can sit on the balcony and watch kids in the gulf and the pool without getting out of her chair. The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Year Purchased: 2009 - You don't need a car. Everything you need is within walking distance. Owner Description/Comments: I bought the condo in July 2009. I looked for over a year for the perfect unit for my brothers, sisters and my own kids and grandkids. This is the perfect condo. If you stay here, you will see why I choose it over all the others. Tidewater is the closest condo on the beach to the new Panama City Beach Airport. McDonald's, Arby's and Pizza Hut are less than a block away. Dusty's seafood is two blocks away and is the best Seafood in PCB. With Pier Park one direction and a Winn Dixie grocery store a half mile the other direction, you can walk to either one in 15 minutes. Once you have arrived at Tidewater, you really don't need a car. Just relax and enjoy the beautiful blue water. Expand the map on this site and you can see how close we are to new airport, Pier Park and the Ball Parks.

Onsite parasailing, jet ski, kayak and canoe rental. Tidewater has over 600 feet of Gulf frontage. Huge wrap around balcony on corner unit. It doesn't get any better than this.

  • Master bedroom is gulf front with entrance to balcony or living area. Bunk room is a great area for up to 5 kids. I slept in one when all else was taken and it was very comfortable. King bed in master bedroom and in the second master bedroom, then two queen beds in the other bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room and then the bunk room has 2 pair of bunk beds with a trundle bed under one of the bunks (that is how it sleeps 15). All bedrooms are big rooms, as is the living/dining/kitchen area.

Notes:
This 2250 SF unit is the largest unit in Tidewater. The 90 gallon hot water heater never runs out of hot water. Everything is first class. The living room, dining room and kitchen all run together, so a large family can spread out but still be together in the same area. If you are flying in, I keep a Lincoln Navigator(seats 7) at Tidewater in the parking garage. It can be made available if you are over 26 with their own proof of insurance for extra.

Excellent Vacation

The unit is amazingly large and can accommodate large groups. In our case, the ten of us fit very comfortably in the unit. The location and facility are very nice and while we were there in the off season, it made for a very quiet getaway. I would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

Awesome LOCATION and UNIT!! We really enjoyed the unit :) It was clean and the third floor allows you to avoid the sometimes slow elevators. The owner was very cooperative with a pre and post email about the condo and our stay. I highly recommend the unit and we will stay again in the near future. The unit is perfect for a large group or family.

Great experience.

Great condo, conveniently located on Front Beach Road at Hwy 79. Clean and spacious. Third floor location was excellent overlooking beach and pool. Our entire extended family of 12 had plenty of room. Elevators worked flawlessly - no problems. Beach chairs were a nice bonus. The kids loved the bunk room. The owner was attentive - a good communicator.

Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We traveled with another family and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. The view was beautiful and being on the 3rd floor made getting to and from the condo easy - we were able to use the stairs and not rely on the elevators. Check in was easy and the owner was available if needed. We would definitely stay in 301 again!

Great place to stay with a large group

The owner of this unit is the best ever! He will go out of his way to do anything to help. He has stocked his condo with everything you need, and it really is very easy to get to the beach even when the elevators are busy. We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers staying with us. Everyone was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
