This is where you want to spend your vacation!! In our quiet and cozy, 1152 square foot, two-level townhome, we want to be your home away from home and help you enjoy your vacation like never before!
We are located on Oleander Drive, on the QUIET west end of Laguna Beach area of Panama City Beach. We are steps away from the white sandy beaches and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico you've been longing for. There are two boardwalks closeby for your convenience. There is a outdoor shower and garden hose outside on the front porch to wash off the sand after your day of fun in the sun!
The bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom is furnished with 2 full-size beds, cable TV & ceiling fan. Kick off your shoes and relax on a private balcony, while listening to the waves from the Gulf!
The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed. A bonus feature of this townhome is a full bath in both the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom. There is a half bath downstairs.
Don't feel like going out to eat? Make dinner for your family here, in the kitchen located downstairs. It is equipped with all the utensils you'll need to cook a meal. A half bath is just off the dining room area.
There is new living room furniture for you to lounge on comfortably while you watch TV, a movie or just want to take a nap. Large sliding glass doors open to a newly cemented back patio area. Curl up in a chair outside and read a book while enjoying the serenity of the area.
A stackable washer and dryer is provided in the room within the porch.
There is no pool here; yet you are steps away from the gulf!!
We are located a few miles west of Highway 79 the 'Y,' away from congestion and traffic. Winn Dixie, Publix, Carousel Grocery, Sunnyside Grill and Thomas Donuts are all close.The new Pier Park includes a JCPenney, Dillard's, New York and Company, Old Navy, Panera Bread,Target,Tootsie's from Nashville, Back Porch, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Jake at the Beach, Candy Kitchen, Grand Theatre (movie theater) and more......
Grand Theatre holds church services with the Legacy Family Church with services starting at 10:30 a.m. Come early for coffee and meet & greet!
If you're looking for some great shopping ventures, Sandestin Outlet Mall is a 25 mile drive. Pier Park is also a great destination for shopping as well, and is only 5 miles from the townhouse.

Family Group Policy
It is our policy to rent only to family groups due to the obligations to our owners. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. Our tenants must be at least 25 years old and we will not rent a property in connection with a non-family use, such as high school, college or civic groups. Properties are patrolled on a regular basis and should a violation to this policy be found, the group will be subject to immediate eviction with NO REFUNDS OF RENT. Identification may be requested.

walking distance to the beach
It's a safe, quiet area, very close to the beach and not very congested with traffic. Home away from home. 1200 square feet not just a room!
We were very pleased with our stay at this townhouse! It was affordable, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all necessary utensils and pots/pans, etc. There was an abundance of towels available for our use. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus and very useful! The owners replied in a very timely manner and always addressed the concerns voiced. Thank you!
If you're looking for a nice quiet affordable place close to the beach in Panama City, this is it! We love this area because it's away from the crowd but still conveniently near everything. Very clean and well stocked kitchen with everything you will need. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Clean comfortable beds. Great shaded patio for grilling. AC worked great. Fast Wi-Fi also. No complaints and would definitely recommend staying here.
The home was very well kept. Everything was clean and orderly when we got there. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and loved that the beach was not so full. too many wonderful things to mention! I would recommend this to all family and friends staying in the area. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

This was our first winter stay in the Panama City area, and we found it quiet and comfortable. The townhouse is located in a quiet eastern beach area away from the busy hotels, but is midway between large grocery stores and a short drive from Pier Park. Carousel supermarket is an easy mile walk along Front Beach road or along the white sand beach itself, and the store is frequented by locals and visitors alike, is reasonable and decently stocked. The townhouse is equpped for home cooked meals, laundry, relaxation and roomy enough for visitors. The airport is an easy drive away and a quick pick up for visitors or a nice destination to fly in for a stay at this nice townhouse. The owners are responsive and accomodating, we had avery enjoyable winter. We would recommend this affordable home for a weekend, a vacation or an extended stay. We will return.
My family has not been together on vacation in 10 years! So this was an extremely important time for us. This townhouse had all we needed for 6 adults. Very clean and reasonably priced! Chairs and umbrellas for the beach (along with buckets and toys for playing in the sand) were also tucked away in the laundry closet. Quiet location yet just across the street from the beach. Beach area only 1 row deep in chairs and umbrellas, not crowded like some areas with high rise condos. Nice deck, grill included. Owners were very easy and nice to deal with! Located just far enough away from the Pier Park area to have a little less traffic congestion but close enough to be there in a few minutes even with heavy traffic. The only draw back for me would be that I could not see the beach from our townhouse. I only mention this in case someone reading this is like our family and does not get to the beach very often and would like to be able to see the beach first thing in the morning and last thing at night by just looking out your window or from your deck. However, it is within a very short walking distance of that very view. I would recommend this place to friends and family and hope to go back sooner than later :)
