Amazing family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

The Moose Tracks Manor was more than what we were expecting! We loved the attention to detail and all of the information we received. Our first morning we saw a young moose in the back and then two nights in a row we had a red fox hanging out in the back. Winterpark isn't far and we went snowmobileing with Grand Adventures and Horseback riding at Sombrero Ranch at Snow Mountain. We drove through the Rocky Mountain National Forest a few times and loved that it was around the corner. We did some shopping in beautiful Grand Lake and hiked up to Adam's Falls. Wonderful time for our daughters (6,2 1/2, & 6 months) and us! We definitely plan on coming back to Colorado from Texas and Moose Tracks Manor is at the top of our list. Thank you Rod & Jill for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us!

Amazing place.

  • 5 of 5

I have been going to Grand Lake since I was a child. This cabin is very nice sitting on the lake. It snowed some of the time we had been there and was peaceful and calm. The perfect family setting. Sunrises on the lake are amazing with all the oranges and pinks. We watched them with some hot chocolate and coffee in the am at the dining room table. The great room was so inviting and warm, perfect for our family to share some holiday cheer together. Rod was a very hospitable person and he acomodated our need with all the little extras stocked around the cabin. Thanks and we will be back!

Wonderful vacation away from it all

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for a nice quiet vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Our needs and expectations were far exceeded. The cabin was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The scenery was unbelievable. My wife, my son and his wife stayed here for a week and could not have been more satisfied with our stay. It was like stepping back in time, but in a modern cabin. The small town of Grand Lake was just perfect...shops, restaurants, grocery store...all like in a novel. Thank you Mr. Archer for the memories we were able to make. Hope to return one day and make more memories.

The Perfect Place!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this cabin for the weekend to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday and it could not have been better! While the pictures do show the cabin accurately, it's even better in person! We saw two moose our first morning there, enjoyed the row boat and had no issues with anything while there. Rod is very responsive and we will absolutely be back!
