Picture Perfect is the name given this professional photographer's private oceanfront villa. Located in South Sound, Picture Perfect is closer to 7 Mile Beach, George Town, the airport and in-town restaurants than the homes located in the resort area of Rum Point/Cayman Kai. Some of our guests will not rent cars in this location and rely on taxis and van service.
This beautiful villa offers fantastic views of the sparkling Caribbean waters from the tiled deck and oceanfront pool, separate in-ground spa (optional spa heat available in the winter), and two hammocks beneath the thatched cabana. The elevated private sundeck offers shaded dining and seating for dinner or cocktails with a wonderful ocean view. All beaches in Cayman are open to the public, so our guests often enjoy long walks to inspect some of the amazing private homes in this exclusive area of Grand Cayman. With plenty of room to spread out, Picture Perfect is a wonderful choice for your vacation villa.

Great location for a peaceful holiday. Very small beach at low tide.
3 main bedrooms with private baths
Well stocked kitchen
Pool not heated but it was still great to swim in, in December. Nice outdoor eating area. 2 kayaks provided and a hammock in the shade to read or nap in.
Beach towels were provided.
Not far from Georgetown (unlike Rum Pt area) and West End/Seven Mile Beach.
Very small beach at low tide. Need good water shoes if going on the beach. Very private on both sides of house.
We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay and would highly recommend is home.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It was very clean and pretty and the grounds were well groomed. We took our family which included our grandchildren, ages 13, 14 and 18, and their comment was that the trip was awesome.
We have recommended the use of VRBO to several of our friends.
Our first impression was one of surprise, because the house seemed nicer than the pictures. The house is immaculate and the outdoor area is fantastic. There are plenty of shaded areas and the pool was refreshing. The location is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area in Georgetown. It was just a couple of minutes to a well appointed grocery and liquor store, so you never felt too isolated. It was about a fifteen minute drive to Seven Mile beach and about 35 minutes to Rum Point. The house sits on the South Sound, which offers great snorkeling if you are okay swimming a bit and the sea kayak was a nice surprise. The house has a loft/bedroom area that was perfect for our four teenage boys. Provided you vigilantly keep the doors closed the house remained comfortable and cool. The cons of the house are few, but are worth mentioning. There is really not much of a beach. It is small and rocky and will require water shoes. The living room furniture was elegant but uncomfortable. I would stay here again if it were available.
While Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide; some guests prefer to be closer to Georgetown and 7 Mile Beach for day trips. 4-5BR "Picture Perfect" is only 5-10 minutes from Georgetown and the beaches on the west coast of the island. The villa enjoys a sandy beach area; however guests need to be mindful that this is a marine area with a coral reef and wading/swimming in the water will require hard-soled pool shoes. The south of the island usually enjoys a pleasant gentle breeze that keeps any insects at bay and obviates the need for a screened porch.
