Built in 2013 home, 2017 freshly painted , new stainless steel BarBQ. we have fast WI-FI and landline. 2015 built New addition SUNROOM on the deck! Sunroom is a plus either rainy or sunshine. It can be cold on deck. Beach Front newly built home located right on the water in Diamond Point, boarder line of Jefferson County and Callam County. Front of the house has a covered porch with a beautiful door to the 1st floor of the house. Entry way leads to the right is bedroom with a King size brand new bed with two windows with water view. A full size bathroom has handheld waterpik showerhead /bath combo with glass sliding doors. Middle of the house is: Living room has two sofas with sliding door leads to large deck and Sunroom overlook the water. To the left is dining room with bay windows facing the ocean. Fully equipped granite kitchen cooking oil spices with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room has front load washer and dryer sopa provided. The stairs leads to upstairs:another living space with its own sliding door to the upper deck; also skylight in the room for night star gazing. Two bedrooms:one Queen bed with 2 water view windows, one full bed with 2 territorial view. One full bath:shower handheld waterpik shower head/bath combo with glass sliding door.The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful to wake up to the water gently lapping the shore. Resident Eagles perching on the piling. Beach combing, Sea life gazing(full of surprises), Birds watching, Or gazing in the distance to see ships gone by. Never a dull moment. Hiking trails in the neighborhood. Discovery Trail starts from Diamind Point.

Attractions: Sequim is 25 minutes away. Port Townsend is 35 minutes.Various wineries,Lavender farms, Dungeness Spit / National Wildlife Refuge,Olympic Discovery Trail,Hurricane Ridge,John Wayne Marina ,Jamestown S'Kallam Tribal Center, 7 Cedars casino is 10 minutes. Our place is Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing. Very secluded, yet it is convenient to places. Not only is good for a family reunion, but also for a serenity getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and Dryer in the house. Weekdays, weekends, and holiday rates apply.Extra fees would include sales tax of 10.4%, refundable cleaning deposit $75 and a refundable security deposit $100 (as well as photocopy of Driver's License). Prices quoted are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $15 per guest per night. Check in time is 4:00 P.M.Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please no pets allowed.

I grew up in Taiwan and my husband was from Indiana. We have lived many places since Joe worked for Fed-Ex before he retired. We traveled many places overseas and in America. Our son is with Coast Guard and we traveled to wherever he stationed. When our children were young, we did a lot of camping. Now, we really enjoy our home away from home. We enjoyed our new house very much. It is very peaceful, with spectacular view. Joe loves to just sit on the couch (used to be on the couch, now he sits in the sunroom)and ocean gaze. Or get up middle of the night sitting in the dark on the second floor looking for Aurora, or looking at the stars on a clear night. Spectacular sunset and sunrise on the beach, birds watch, marine lives, shipping lane, summer time w/cruise lines. There are always something going on on the beach, never a dull moment.

Our host contacted us the day before arrival & offered to let us check in early. We arrived at this modern beachfront home that was spotless, comfortable, and provided more amenities than I had expected. The description provided was correct and the location was superb. Where else can you step out the back door to see great blue herons, sea otters and bald eagles right there to admire? We made use of the glass enclosed sunroom to begin each day, the space heater warmed it right up, even in November. We also used the outdoor fire pit, there even was supplies to make s'mores. The entire family slept comfortably and really enjoyed the rental to get away and relax. We all agreed that we would like stay here another time.

Or simply do nothing just sit and watch marine life going by. I am sorry that we don't allow pets, RV or boats of any size on our property.

I stayed to do a spring cleaning for our guests of 2017. The web thinks I was a guest so it kept asking my review. Yes, every time we come here to have a relaxed getaway from the city. It is quiet, peaceful! Wildlife are abundant! Never a dull moment!

Best house in the area and we have rented a few.

The house is immaculate and well stocked in both kitchen and baths. The view and walkable beach are perfect for quiet walks and nature viewing. The otter that lives along the beach is an amazing plus. Best feature of this house? The heated sunroom at beach level for wildlife viewing or just soaking up the peace and quiet. We spent many hours in the sunroom visiting friends and exclaiming as wildlife paraded past our windows. On the practical side; the beds are very comfortable, there are ample linens and hot water, the kitchen is well stocked and large enough to accomodate 3 cooks. We will be back to this home in Diamond Point!!!

Excellent, relaxing retreat

Great stay, I don't usually write reviews, but we were really impressed. The only reason why I hesitate to write this review is because we plan on coming back and we don't want it to be so popular we can't find a slot. =) The rooms were comfortable as were the beds. The sun room was a nice addition, very peaceful. Our girls loved playing on the beach and tossing rocks into the water. Our 4 year old jumped up in the morning laughing and ran to the window to look at the ocean and the cormorants. Hosts were great and if your follow their instructions, it keeps your stay affordable. Great place.

What a wonderful house to rent, right on the water, on a quiet street and the views from the sundeck were amazing. I've stayed in many houses over the years and this house did the best job to make guests feel comfortable. There were so many amenities, towels, pillows, blankets, lotions, shampoo, etc.; I didn't need a thing. The owners are very thoughtful. I will be staying there again, I'm sure! You can't go wrong with this one. It was the best house we've ever rented.

Sequim beach house.

We couldn't have been more pleased. The house is better than advertised. It was clean, well equipped, perfect for four to six people. We watched sea life for hours. It was quiet, comfortable, well insulated, and as inviting as our own home. The owner has done an excellent job, notes all over to help acquaint the visitor with the house. We will be back, if this review doesn't keep it occupied.

Had a great girls vacation! This Sequim house is so comfortable and clean with everything you would need. Perfect place right on the water with beautiful views. This is my second time here and would love to stay again.

Our newly custom built 2 story home now has a sunroom on the porch is on the end of Miller Peninsula in the Sequim sunbelt area. Located between Port Townsend (30 min.) and Sequim (20 min.) Boarder line of Jefferson county and Callam county on Callam county side.'Sequim is located in the heart of the Olympic Peninsula in the far Northwest corner of Washington state.Sequim is approximately a one and a half to two hour trip from Seattle or Tacoma, Olympia and Victoria, British Columbia.

Sequim is centrally located between Port Angles and Port Townsend with access to the Olympic National Park, and the Victorian seaport town of Port Townsend. It is the perfect place to stay for your Olympic Peninsula is just less than one hour to Seattle ferries and less than an hour from Victoria, BC ferries.

Our home features spectacular views of Protection Island, Strait of Juan de Fuca, Whidbey Island and several other islands along with volcanic Mt. Baker in the distance. Sunshine Lavender Farm, 7 Cedars Casino are near-by. Day trip can be made to Hurricane Ridge, Crescent Lake, Dungeness spit., Olympic Game Farm, John Wayne Marina. Discover bike trail.

If you are paying by ECHECK if the funds got reversed there will be a $25 one time fee charge to you(Homeaway/VRBO charge me $25 to my account.)
Vacation renter (tenant) agrees to accept liability for any damage caused to the property, fixtures/furniture, including misuse of appliances or destruction of property.
Vacation renter (tenant) will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and forfeit all monies under the following circumstances:

2. Using the premises for illegal activity, underage drinking or drugs
3. Causing excessive damage to the house or premises
