Worst Vrbo ever.

We arrived at the property, not knowing that you have to drive down a muddy hill. If you do not have four-wheel-drive, you will not make it back up especially when it’s raining and muddy like it was this weekend we checked in no problem and check in. We noticed there’s water leaking in the master bedroom closet, I sent a holster text telling her about the leak. She asked if there was extra towels there if I could use that to clean it up I said no theaters for people here and four towels for tonight, so no, there’s no extra towels in the middle of the night or first night the toilet backed up the toilet overflowed my husband scooped out what was in there in the middle of the night. I’ve left several messages and text for the host and never return and she never returned my text or my call. I got a hold of Vrbo and they said there was nothing they could do about my situation. Worst property host ever.
