Phenomenally located apartment with solid amenities and space. This apartment is perfect for a weekend excursion and a great home base. Our group had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Location, Reasonably Clean

The location was perfect for a stay in downtown Austin. Walking to the Convention Center, 6th street, and even the capitol building was very possible even during the heat of the day.

There was a slight sugar ant problem at the start, but nothing I haven't experienced at home. Other than that I had no problems with the apartment.

Owner's Response: Hi Alex, Thanks for your review! I am glad you thought the location was perfect for a stay in downtown Austin. I agree; it's only 2 blocks to 6th Street and the Warehouse district and a short walk to SoCo, SoLa, West 6th and Rainey Street. I am sorry you had an issue with sugar ants; I just wish you had contacted my manager who lives just a few units away she would have come over right away and taken care of it. To anyone reading this and considering my unit rest assured we have taken care of the sugar ant problem and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
