Great location

Fantastic location, walking distance to almost everything. Apartment was spacious, but being on the ground level in the middle of downtown it could get a bit noisy at night. Sandeep was very responsive and accommodating towards our needs. Would rent again!

Wonderful Location & 1st Floor Apartment!

This apartment was in the heart of the Downtown Austin action. The furnishings were comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for relaxing. Sandeep was a wonderful host, he was helpful and just a call or email away to answer any questions.

Entry to the unit is a keypad, which makes your stay feel private and like your home away from home. This particular apartment is at the northwest corner of the building, right at the intersection of 4th and Brazos. That said, the location could not be beat, but just a heads up, you will hear people on the street so earplugs might come in handy. The pool was beautiful and inviting, even though we didn't have time to use it.

Great location

Can't beat the location of this rental. We were able to walk to 6th Street and several great restaurants. The unit was on a very noisy street, so you could hear people walking by and talking. Not ideal for a light sleeper, but I'd stay here again.
