The home been completed remodeled with gorgeous stained concrete flooring throughout, new kitchen & bathrooms, huge deck, and a sunroom facing the lake with lots of windows and a relaxing hot tub. The kitchen is stunning with all stainless steel appliances, high-end gas range, granite, and glass tile. The bathrooms have custom glass tile tub & shower surrounds, granite counter tops and custom sink vessels. All furniture, bedding, linens, and decor is new (June 2013). Of course the home has central air and heat throughout as well as ceiling fans in each room. The living room has plenty of seating as well as a gorgeous fireplace, and the dining room accommodates up to 8 adults. The large deck has plenty of seating with a picnic table as well as a patio table and chairs. It truly is a beautiful view - especially at sunset!
Note: While the lake makes for a beautiful view, it is privately owned and guests do not have access to the water.
The home has a maximum occupancy of 8 adults and 10 people total. City of Austin has an occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with such a beautiful setting on a small quaint lake in Austin. It's peaceful and serene, yet only minutes from the Domain, UT, and downtown. You can sit on the large deck or in the hot tub in the sunroom and relax while the sun sets.
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Traveling with another couple and children we appreciated having multiple king beds in the house so that we didn't have to fight over the master! Our 5 year old slept on the daybed in the master bedroom which was perfect since he was a little scared about being in a new house. Thank you for letting us stay in such a clean house, I don't think mine has ever been this clean. We had a lovely visit.
The experience was great, the only suggestion is that the backyard needs more lighting. Overall everything was comfortable.
This was the perfect multi-family vacation home. The home is spacious- the big dining table was used the entire time! It was clean and well stocked with the basics(plateware, glasses, cooking tools, cleaning supplies.) We enjoyed the back deck and while we didn't use the hot tub, it seemed to be in working order and we would have loved to have time to enjoy it. We were close to shopping (a great Trader Joe's was less than 10 minutes away!) Thank you for providing a great place for our family to get together!
Had a great time at this house. Two families shared with three young kids total and there was plenty of room. Great views out to the private lake with enough room in the backyard for the kids to play. Easy to get everywhere in Austin that we wanted to go and just minutes to the Whole Foods that we visited daily. The oven gave out two days before Thanksgiving, but the owners were quick to respond and provided plenty of options and to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely will stay again.
Nicely decorated house, very clean and lots of open space. Modern feeling. Comfortable beds - I only used only, but the other 3 looked just as comfortable. Plenty of seating area for a large group. Great place to spend time with a family.
This home offers plenty of space for a home base in North Austin. The home is comfortable and well-appointed. It was perfect for traveling with a dog, having a fenced in backyard and a great neighborhood to walk in. The back deck and patio offers a great space to relax overlooking the lake and a perfect vantage point for watching the sunrise. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with, offering a hassle-free check-in and out process. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.
This home was updated, clean and very comfortable. It was an easy 15 minute drive from downtown. Quiet neighborhood with a private lake view. An oasis!
