We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!
This home is so adorable and has so much charm, but still recently renovated. It's very close to UT and a short distance to downtown. You can walk many places and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The master bathroom soaker tub is the most relaxing room in the home, and the backyard is peaceful with the fish pond and covered patio.
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Lovely house and perfect for our family or kids and grown ups! Well equipped with the basics and modern bath and kitchen. Our second time staying here which should tell you something!
The house is in a very convenient location to reach all things Austin. The neighborhood is a pleasant mix of homes. Nothing cookie cutter about it, and it looks like there are many upgrades to properties going on as well. We are two couples, who live 1000 miles apart, so we were looking to see the local sites by day, with the ability to kick back and relax in the evening. This house allowed us to do that, as there is a spacious living room with a big screen TV.
My only complaint is that the master bedroom is in need of a new king sized mattress. Other than that everything was great.
We stayed here for 9 days during SXSW for work with 6 people. The house was comfortable and backyard with grill and koi pond was relaxing. However, the house has some foundation issues causing some doors to not shut all the way. It affected some of our staff on different sleeping schedules. Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the big common areas where we could all hang out and eat together. Lots of parking was a plus.
This house is in a cute and quiet residential neighborhood about ten minutes from downtown Austin. It is a spacious ranch that has been completely updated. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with all the essentials. There are three bedrooms. One has two beds which is perfect for traveling with young children. The master bedroom has an amazing bathroom. The entire house was very clean. I would stay here anytime I visited Austin.
House is really nice. We felt so comfortable!!! We had our (2)5 year olds with us and this house was perfect for all of us to enjoy. Fenced in backyard for the boys to play football and space for them to play inside too. Large Tv was great for the Sunday games and had kids programs recorded with hosts direct TV. The location is a nice peaceful neighborhood about 10-15 min drive from downtown Austin. My boys and I even walked to this awesome playground 1 1/2 miles away. This place is perfect for all age guests. Kitchen and house was well equipped. Hosts very responsive.
Our family stayed at this perfect cottage in Austin for a dear friend's wedding New Year's weekend. The house was just charming. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was great and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Our kids enjoyed the backyard and fish pond. The managers we extremely responsive during booking, which was seamless. If you're in Austin and looking for a nice spot in a quiet area that's still near major attractions, this is your spot. We will definitely be back during future trips to Austin.
