We're mostly interested in 30+ day corporate style rentals but if you see availability that probably means we can work with your request!
Also, be aware that a guest recently stole the all the TVs and we didn't replace the one in the bedroom due to not being able to find a decent wall mount that works with the existing hole pattern in the cement wall.
This is a fairly recently renovated cozy ground floor apartment on a private pedestrian alley. It gets wonderful afternoon sun.
It's a fully equipped space with a small, private, outdoor seating patio in the back with a table that seats 4.
The bed is a super comfortable Full sized bed. The bathroom is small but very functional. The main kitchen / seating area is highly conducive to gathering and includes a couch that, minus the back cushions functions nice as a bed for one.
There is bedding available for all options.
The flat is located 1 block from the heart of North Beach and all it has to offer. Its 2 blocks from Coit Tower and 6 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf.
There is excellent public transport at Columbus and Stockton for wherever you want to go in SF.
Parking for a small or mid-sized car is available upon request ($20 a night). However, the space is very tight, so if you have anything larger than a sedan, or a small suv, you're out of luck. fortunately, there is a local public option nearby (Vallejo and Sansome)
Dogs accepted at our discretion. Please inquire. However, if there is any question about whether your dog is truly "quiet" or "well mannered", please be honest and don't bring your beastie if you think it might be an issue. SF is dense so people tend to notice these things.
I am a technology professional in SF. Originally from Colorado, i live here with Michelle, an insurance specialist, and our two labrador retrievers, Jackson and Maxine.
Tommy Payne purchased this apartment in 2002
I manage this property for a friend. Its super cute and cozy. has never been lived in so does not feel like someone else's home. very close to all the action.
private patio and alley
The property was close to all the tourist areas for Sf but the house itself was not clean. Sheets werent clean, pillows had stains, comforter had stains , never been so discusted in my life. Just area was great.
The apartment was great. What you see on the listing is what you get, minor usual wear and tear. Everything was clean, organized and well put together. The owner answer all our questions, and was super helpful. When you walked in, there is a sofa that converts into a bed and in front, the TV. Do not know about the programming, never watched it. Right next to it is the kitchen, well equipped for any meal. A step up you will find the bedroom with a queen size mattress, super comfy for a restful night. The apartment is quiet and so are the neighbors. We met a couple of them and they were really nice. At the foot of the bed, you will find the tiny bathroom, but everything works as is supposed to. Finally, there is an awesome, tiny patio to yourself. Really private. We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home. Passing the entrance to the apartment you will find the washer and dryer. The only thing to consider would be the way up to the apartment. The apartment it-self sits on a steep San Franciscan hill on Telegraph Hill, other than that, the place was awesome. Super close to the Coit Tower. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, cafes, pubs, public transport. Readily available for Uber and else, even at 2:00 am. Would recommend this stay to friends and family. We traveled with a one year old and had no inconvenience.
Well it's located nicely. It's right in the middle. The bed is small (full) big enough for 2 adults but difficult for a child. Parking worked out perfectly under the complex, had it not parking here is a nightmare. All and all it was a very nice trip. Only one noticeable thing is the entrance way to the house. That first walk in can put you off a bit. Just walk through it and it's way nicer and you get used to it. I would recommend it.
We just spent a weekend here at this place. It is perfect for a very small group or couple. It is in no way accessible for anyone with disabilities due to the stairs and steepness of the hood. The place had everything we needed. However it was not very clean, bathroom was dirty; toilet, sink, floor, shower. Some of the linens seemed dirty or stained? The wall in the bedroom needs a painting or something to cover up the mound and cross imprinted on the wall. We had a blast in the city so it was fine...
Very nice stay at Tommy's place in North Beach. Unit was clean and quiet and had great access to everything in San Francisco. Tommy was easy to get in touch with if there were any problems, although there weren't any. Highly recommend staying here if you're in town.

North Beach, the heart of San Francisco, borders Telegraph Hill, Chinatown, Downtown and the Wharf. Probably the best place in the city to base yourself as you explore.
