We have owned at Casa del Mar since 2003 and recently took over ownership of Sol 102 from our friends and neighbors. It's a family run condo, so reach out with any questions about how to get the most out of your stay in our beachfront paradise.
Why they chose this property
Casa del Mar is the perfect location in the middle of the corridor in Los Cabos ... 20 minutes to the airport , 15 minutes to San Jose del Cabo and a fun 20 min. shot to down town Cabo san Lucas. Villa del Sol 102 is the perfect location at Casa del Mar...
The low-density boutique style of Casa Del Mar along with not needing to get up at 6am to save a chair(s) like at the big resorts is a great feature. You will love being able to get a cushy lounger by the pool anytime of the day!
With (7) pools to explore there is likely one if not two that will be deserted and ready for your own quiet enjoyment. Even when the hotel is completely booked it's still not overly crowded, but do keep in mind that you can literally meet new people to have fun with at any moment.
Some other convenient local amenities include having a Costco and Wal-Mart fifteen minutes down the coast which makes vacationing affordable and just slightly familiar.
Sleeping with windows/doors open gives you a nightime breeze and sounds of the ocean waves breaking that are simply surreal. With on-foot security throughout the property 24hrs it allows you to keep everything open all the time (literally).
Dine with your toes in the sand 20 feet from the ocean with a loved one(s) is unforgettable and priceless.
Oceanfront sunset on the patio, breeze, beverage... You should have a pretty good visual by now ;) but dont forget to check out all the pics we have posted! Visit us once and you'll be hooked.

Let us know if you like sportfishing for Marlin, Dorado, Tuna, Snapper, Wahoo and Sierra. Our good friend, Captain Juan Ramirez on La Mosca in the marina at Cabo San Lucas in front of Captain Tony's restaurant will set you up for a day or half day that's bound to be memorable!
