Two story 1850 sq.ft. home in quiet area of Sunriver. Easy access to bike paths, and quick ride to the Sunriver lodge, Village Mall, Meadows Golf course and SHARC. Featuring a large floor to ceiling lava rock wood burning fireplace, vaulted living area, family room with pool table, and private common area behind home.<br/>
Amenities: Hot tub, bikes, pool table, ping pong, WiFi, gas BBQ, Blue ray DVD and air hockey table. <br/>
Bikes: There are 4 bikes at this home (4 adult). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.<br>

First the positives. The house was very clean. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and bath towels. The property is located near The Village and the business park. The ping pong table, foos ball, pool table, and hot tub were in good shape. The cruiser bikes were appreciated. There was an upper and lower deck to enjoy the outdoors.
Now the negatives. The most significant issue was the bedding. One of the queen size mattresses seemed to be decades old. You could literally feel each spring in the mattress. One guest opted to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed. The mattresses on the bunk beds seemed equally old, and in even worse shape. The "mattress" on the futon in one of the bedrooms was so thin, you could feel each bar when you sat on it. Even the youngest child would have difficulty sleeping or sitting on it. The mattress in the master bedroom had no mattress pad so the sheets would not stay on the bed. Every morning the guest would find themselves sleeping on the bare mattress!! There were other less serious issues which I'm sure the management has already addressed, such as a slow draining sink and a non-functioning bathroom fan.
Misc: There were only 3 pans, but the stove only has 2 burners. There were minimal spices and seasonings, etc. They provided a basic "starter" supply of paper products and dishwasher detergent (4 pods). More kitchen towels and washcloths would be nice. Pool towels were not provided but that is stated in the paperwork they sent us.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this house until the old mattresses are replaced. It is distressing that mattresses in these conditions are allowed in a vacation rental at all.
The house was in good condition when we arrived. We had a great time on our spring break vacation. The location is perfect for bike riding and Close to the SHARC.
