First-time visitors to Lake Las Vegas are struck by the picturesque beauty
of such an unlikely serene oasis located in the middle of the desert that is only minutes from the bustling 24-hour activity of the Strip.
The waters of Lake Las Vegas cover 320 acres and have over 10-miles of stunning shoreline... ranging from the rugged terrain of Rainbow Canyon at the northwest perimeter (just north of the Westin Hotel) and opposite the posh South Shore community nestled northeast corner just west of the dam... and on down to the quaint cobblestone streets of the Tuscan-styled MonteLago Village shops and restaurants and the Hilton Hotel’s authentic recreation of Florence, Italy’s famed Ponte Vecchio Bridge – all located on the southern most shore.
We offer upscale accommodations in two locations… the beautiful Viera building adjacent to MonteLago Village… and the contemporary Luna Di Lusso building just a short stroll across the Ponte Vecchio Bridge.
Whether a studio or luxury penthouse, all of our residences have been meticulously remodeled from top-to-bottom with deluxe materials and tastefully designer-furnished in every detail. We also provide Euro-styled hospitality and exquisite housekeeping – ranging from a warm welcome with European snacks, fresh fruits and select wines to using only natural organic aromatic products for cleaning.
Spend your days enjoying a wide variety of water sports – from Paddle Boarding to watercraft rentals – or golfing, hiking and visiting local sites (from Hoover Dam to the Las Vegas Strip) or… just strolling through the Village or simply lounging and sunning by the beautiful Viera and Luna swimming pools.
As the sun sets, choose from a wide variety of great restaurants for dinner and then take a romantic nighttime gondola ride on the shimmering lake or seek out some live entertainment in the Village… or simply relax on your private balcony, taking in the sweeping views of Lake Las Vegas and surrounding mountains of the Las Vegas Valley.
From day one, Lake Las Vegas has been a World Class destination… and one of the “best kept secrets” of travelers worldwide.
We look forward to sharing it with you.

Arrived early and was able to check in early. That was wonderful. My husband and I went out to Vegas for the World's Toughest Mudder. It was a great location. About 30 minutes from the Strip. There is a cute little village connected to the condo. The only downfall is that most of the restaurants and shops are closed during the week. This could have been because this was off season. The village was open for the most part on the weekend. Overall was a great experience. The apartment was clean and the fruit and chocolates were a nice touch!
Absolutely loved the place, amazing hospitality and we are now huge fans of Lake Las Vegas!! We will be back!
Lake Las Vegas is beautiful, I highly recommend it. The village that is next to the condo is full of restaurants and in the summer and fall there is music by the lake on Saturday nights. Condo was beautiful, a must see vacation.
We were pleased staying in this condo. Paul was easy to work with and we appreciated his emails with updates on resaurants and events. The location is perfect as it is off the strip but not far from the city. The pictures are accurate, the condo is very clean, and there were many thoughtful details that went above and beyond. We will recommend this place to friends.
What a great weekend!! If you're looking for a great place to stay in Lake Las Vegas, this is the place.
The owner was extremely hospitable and provided everything we needed.
We are definitely going back and we will definitely be staying with Paul again.
5 stars all around!!!
I nearly cried when I stepped into Paul's unit. It far exceeded our impression from the pictures and was everything we needed. It was less like staying in a hotel or studio, and more like staying in a friend's well appointed high rise apartment while they traveled out of the country... except that you are outside of town in about the only green stretch in Nevada. Sinatra was playing when we walked in the room, the fridge and cupboard were stocked with a few basics (oatmeal, soda, water, sugar, coffee) and a gorgeous place setting on the dining table including wine, fruit and chocolates awaited us. The studio was spacious with vaulted ceilings, chic framed posters suggesting a world-traveled owner, and some gorgeous tapestries I wanted to find for my own home. Our unit overlooked the courtyard of the little shopping village, which was a welcome respite from Vegas proper. Despite there being a large amount of families during the week of our stay, we didn't hear any noise from outside our unit. The loudest noise was the room's AC, which we were able to control. I threw my back out just before a two day drive to Vegas and no amounts of massages or stretching seemed to help or allow me to walk. But you know what did? The luxurious memory foam bed that I just melted into and the extra deep tub. Within one evening of soaking and amazing sleep (which never happens on vacation) I was able to walk again and enjoy the rest of my trip! (I specifically chose this unit because a review had mentioned memory foam and we worried we'd miss our tempurpedic bed). My husband and I had some of the best sleep and the most relaxing vacation that we've had in over five years. We even spent some time relaxing by the nicely appointed pool. It was everything we needed. There are no cheap restaurants at the resort, but the Irish Pub was absolutely delicious. One of the best meals I've had. It is a resort that is trying to come back from financial trouble and a handful of stores have moved into the little Tuscan village area. Wonderful to stroll through and explore. Images in the Rainbow Casino in Henderson had amazing dinners for $8-10. The resort also has walking trails and gondola / lake activities. We mainly chose this studio because all the costs were upfront. No hidden extra fees for microwave or fridge (both included) that the Vegas hotels charged. Driving to the strip was a breeze. Nevada drivers are the nicest of anywhere I've traveled. Thank you Paul!!
