About the property

Romantic King Bedroom with Mountain View and Hot Tub

Cheyenne is a hot tub cabin with a wonderful mountain view and a King Size Bed in the Master. Relax in the indoor hot tub with your favorite drink and loved one at the same time. Then sit out on the porch and take in the mountains and stars.

Cheyenne specializes in last minute rentals with no check-in or keys to pickup. Our guests drive directly to Cheyenne cabin so they can start enjoying their stay! Cheyenne is just south of the North Georgia town of Blue Ridge. Cheyenne is close to Restaurants, Groceries, and activities while still being back in the woods off the beaten path.

Cheyenne's kitchen was recently completely remodeled. The bathroom vanity and sink replaced with granite. Cheyenne has one king size bed. It is mainly for romantic weekend getaways. Due to health issues, Cheyenne is absolutely smoking and pet free. If you can't honor this request of not smoking or bringing pets, please do not rent Cheyenne. If a pet is brought into the cabin during your stay, your rental is cancelled and you must immediately vacate the premises without refund plus pay a $500 damage/cleaning charge.

Cheyenne is beautiful in the fall with all the leaf color and crisp fresh air. Remember to book early if you are looking to stay during the fall mountain festivals.

Activities in the area include: hiking, mountain biking, tubing, trout fishing, boating, and nature

Check-in at 3pm check-out at 11am. Early check-in available for $25 and late check-out available for $30 when there is no conflict with maintenance, cleaning, or other scheduled Guests.

POLICIES: All stays must be paid in full 30 days prior to stay. All bookings under $349 are due in full at time of booking. Stays booked less then 9 weeks from check-in will not qualify for half down half remaining 30 days prior to stay even if in excess of $349. Any charge backs will to subject to an additional $30 fee.

Guest agrees by renting and entering cabin that they assume all responsibilities and liabilities during their stay as well as agrees to hold Management and Owner entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibilities for injures or damages incurred, regardless of whether injures or damages are caused by negligence.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: the rental charges are fully refundable if you cancel your reservation in writing via US Mail on or before the 61st day before your stay. If you cancel within 60 days of your stay, booking/rental charges are nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the cabin for the dates you have reserved. Once past the refund point there are four options:

1) Reschedule your stay to dates that you will be available to make. But be aware that doing that reduces your options to only being able reschedule if you have to reschedule again IE no refund options.

2) Instruct me to open your dates as available and if they rent you will receive their rental payment up to the amount of your current payments. If the dates don't rent, then you still automatically fall back to option One, schedule a new stay.

3) Do nothing forfeiting your deposit.

4) Mutual agreed cancellation will be a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee on stays less then $500 or a $100 cancellation fee on stays over $500.

These policies are part of the booking process and my taking your reservation dates off the rental market. All Guests have the option to obtain/buy Vacation/Renters Insurance, To recoup the cost of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to consider purchasing trip-cancellation insurance.

These policies are the only way to be fair considering the cabin can only be rented once for specific dates and when taken off the rental market by a Guest Reservation all the time since the reservation was processed is lost and can't be recovered but at the same time I don't want Guests to loss money unless they chose not to reschedule.

By BOOKING, RENTING, or ENTERING Cabin, Guest agrees to terms for this cabin and posted on this website.

Please check the availability calendar as it is up to date except for any last minute booking. Quotes are good for seven (7) days unless accompanied by an expiration date. Rates are subject to change until reservation is booked with a paid deposit. Must be at least 25 years old to rent as well as somebody at least 25 years old on property during rental.

The property had everything you need to make it the perfect quit romantic getaway !!! The place was extra clean, and very well maintained. The description of the place was spot on ... The owners investment and dreams come through your stay at the cabin. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away. The attractions recommended by the owners were actually incredible. Don't miss out on this perfect place...

Weekend Getaway

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked; I only wish we'd remembered to bring tin foil or plastic baggies since we cooked all weekend. The location was very convenient to Blue Ridge and many outdoor attractions. On Saturday we hiked around the trails in the neighborhood and later explored downtown Blue Ridge. On Sunday, we drove up to the Ocoee Whitewater Center where the whitewater sports were held in the 1996 Olympics. This was only about thirty minutes north of the cabin and I would highly recommend it if you have the time. The river was beautiful and there were lots of hiking trails! The owners were very sweet to leave us a bottle of wine in the fridge but unfortunately, my spouse and I gave up alcohol for Lent and had to leave the bottle of wine behind. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

GREAT place for Anniversary or couples get-away!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a GREAT time celebrating our 23rd anniversary! This was a last minute booking (the night before) and the owner could not have been more helpful. Absolutely LOVE the hot tub being inside, just loved the entire set up of the cabin, it was very unique and extremely COZY and we can't wait to go back! The bed was very comfy, the view was great as well, cabin was at the end of the street which was kind of nice too. Roads were good, no cliffs or drops offs, just hills and that is to be expected...YOUR IN THE MOUNTAINS!! Just an overall cozy cabin and just perfect for a couple looking for somewhere to get away for a few days. We didn't want to leave! Our only struggle was figuring out the coffee pot (LOL) but we finally got it to working and had us some morning coffee on the balcony! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us and we can not wait to go back!!

Great Couples Getaway

  • 4 of 5

The Cheyenne offered great space for a weekend retreat with my husband. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and perfectly updated while maintaining that rustic cabin feel. We will definitely return for another getaway!

Absolutely beautiful-more than we expected.

  • 5 of 5

Though we started out tentative w/the owner as far as getting our final instructions, we soon found the error and finally received the needed information. Upon receipt, we were on our way to a most enjoyable stay-just wish we could have stayed longer and explored more of the area. Highly recommend this cabin for others to consider!!
