We have stayed at this lovely home twice and will return again next year! This is a charming home, perfectly clean, well-maintained and has comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the evening sunset views from the Cupola as well as the screened porch at night. We had plenty of room for our group of 9. The location on the central part of the island is absolutely ideal -- we thoroughly enjoyed walking around the corner to enjoy the restaurants each evening and had no problem with the 2.5 block walk to the beach access.
This was an ideal house for our family and friends. There was plenty of room for three couples, plus our son. It is two blocks from the beach and the walk is easy. The beach is nice and wide at this part of Sullivan's Island - unlike some other parts. The house must have been recently re-modeled because all of the appliances seemed new and all worked well. We enjoyed being close to "downtown" Sullivan's. We made our reservation for next year when we left.
This was a very comfortable, homey and just top notch property. We would love to stay there again. Great location, well equipped and just a lot of fun! Close to cute downtown Sullivan's and easy walk to community amenities including basketball, tennis, playground, etc. I would most definitely recommend this home!
This was a very comfortable, homey and just top notch property. We would love to stay there again. Great location, well equipped and just a lot of fun!
I was surprised to find how spacious and beautiful the house was. Also was pleased at how well equipped the kitchen was. Loved the round dining table.
We loved staying at Oliver's house. If you love Sullivan's Island for the restaurants and shops, you are literally a half block away. The home was spotlessly clean when we checked in and had plenty of space for the 9 of us. The layout was very conducive for families with young kids and large groups. We also enjoyed that there were several different options for enjoying the outdoor space from the 3rd floor widow's walk to the screened in porch and the hammock on the side deck. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes and puts you right on the best part.
