Beautiful apartment located in one of the best and most sought-after locations in Barcelona: a small quiet street, mainly pedestrian with limited access to vehicles, that connects the two most elegant boulevards of the city: Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya... right in the city center. Forget about public transportation, from here you will be able to enjoy the whole city walking. La Pedrera is only a few meters away and Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Casa Batllo, Gothic Quarter, etc.... are at a very short (and very pleasant) walk away.

This 80 sq. mt apartment is fully equipped with heating and a/c all throughout the apartment. Large living room and dining room with two balconies, kitchen fitted with all necessary appliances, two double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, and the main bedroom has direct access to a private terrace with views to a small garden. This apartment is exclusively devoted to vacation rentals and is fully licensed with permit from Barcelona's Town Hall.

Living room: two balconies to the street, flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD, iPod/Iphone Dock, two double and comfortable sofas, and decorated with art pieces and unique paintings from Spanish artists. Dining room with table for 4 guests.

Kitchen: totally equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils to cook a meal for 4 guests.

Master bedroom: with queen size bed, flat screen TV, direct access to terrace with views to private and peaceful garden, large wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Double bedroom: two single beds, ensuite bathroom, balcony two small and very quiet private garden, and large wardrobe.

The rate includes Internet, shower gel and shampoo, bed sheets and towels.

In the alley where the apartment is located you have the trendiest restaurants of the city and in Paseo de Gracia you have the most exclusive shops.


To confirm the booking we require a 25% downpayment (non-refundable) and the 75% balance due is paid on arrival

About Paco

Born and raised in Barcelona, a city that I love. I was also raised in an international school in Barcelona, which I think is the reason why I feel very comfortable with people from other countries and cultures.

I also love traveling, and believe that people/locals you encounter when doing so can really make a difference in helping you enjoy your trip. I have actually spent one whole year of my life in a 'round the world' trip with my partner (from Sept. 2009 to Sept. 2010).

Sports (diving, running, kitesurfing and surf), eating out (especially SE Asian cuisine) and spending time with my family and friends are also activities that I try to do as much as possible.

Its location... it's located in a safe, pedestrian (with limited access to vehicles) alley right in between Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya (the two most elegant boulevards in Barcelona). Seconds away from Gaudi's famous Casa Mila (La Pedrera), the most exclusive shops in the city, the Old Town, etc.... In the same alley, you have the trendiest and most fashionable restaurants in the city.

Excellent location in a fantastic city

Apartment was exactly as described and owner was there to greet us. Location is great close to Diagonal metro and you can walk to La Rambla in 20 mins and a further 20 mins to the beach. It is also a 20 min walk to Segrada Familia and Parc Guell. Some great Tapas restaurants off the main tourist streets, Bodega Joan and cu-Cut both in Provenca are two we visited. Would recommend this apartment totally.

PERFECT stay in Barcelona

we had a perfect stay in this apartment. The apartment is just as on the pictures (its not always that way :-)) the location is a triple AAA and the apartment is perfect equiped, everything works and everything was clean and well maintained. For doing a city trip the apartment is great, the hop on hop off bus stop is 2 minutes to walk, the subway station 2 minutes to walk and also in the direct surrounding there is everything you need - bakery, super market etc. etc. The restaurants in the passage are WOW - Bocca grande - petit comté - just WOW. There is only one thing you have to be aware of, because of the restaurant / Bar of Bocca Grande (next to the apartment) it is not so very quiet in the late evening / night, because the musik is loud.

This apartment was in the prime location! First time to Barcelona and could not have asked for anything better!! The apartment was in excellent condition, extremely clean and modern and just a wonderful place to stay! Miguel was amazing, very responsive and available for any questions any time of day. The maps, brochures and recommendations in the apartment were also perfect! When I go back to Barcelona I plan to stay in this flat again!

Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya

This was a fabulous clean, handsome apartment on a wonderful tree lined block with amazing restaurants as well! It was quite, and comfortable for 2 couples! the owner was a pleasure to work with. i would recommend this to anyone, as it is in the best area of the city I think to stay , convenient to everything! Terrific!!

Fantastic location!

I had stayed at this owner's (Miguel) property in Diagonal before and wished to stay there again on my recent visit to Barcelona. Being already booked, Miguel suggested I stay in this property instead. Oh my! It is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The location is a dream for anybody visiting Barcelona: a quaint, trendy yet quiet alley connecting Rambla Catalunya with Paseo de Gracia. The area is elegant Eixample and the apartment itself is tastefully decorated and has anything a visitor could ask for. As always, Miguel was very nice, helpful and accomodating to my travel requests. I hope this property is available in my next visit.

In the most sought after location of Barcelona: a small street, with limited access to vehicles, located between Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya, considered the two most elegant and central boulevards of Barcelona. Within walking distance to major touristic sites (Gaudi's La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, Cathedral, Gothic Quarter, etc....) and the most exclusive shops (Dolce&Gabanna is right on the corner).

In the same street where the apartment is located, you also have some of the city's trendiest restaurants: Boca Grande, Mordisco, El Japones, etc....)
