The large Wind Mill, 25 foot diameter great room, hosts a 12 foot tall stone fire place, brass bar, baby grand piano, antiques and art work galore. The master bedroom bath has a large jacuzzi tub surrounded by palms and florals. The Wind Mill's second floor hosts a custom, well equipped office with stone gas fire place and beam ceiling. The private dining room accommodates 10 guests and has a fireplace, lighted artwork, and ship model. A modern GE Monogram kitchen has all custom appliances including a Wolf gas range. Around Town: Great house for Multi-Families, Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats or just a small family wanting to get away and experience Cape Cod Life. We have 4 bikes available for use and are within 200 yards from a bike path that takes you throughout all of Chatham.
Excellent coffee shop and bakery within walking distance and the breakfast is amazing. You can drive or bike to the Chatham Town Landing Beach just 1 1/2 miles from our door. View the ocean and watch the boats move in and out of Pleasant Bay, while sunbathing or collecting beach pebbles and shells.
You will fall in love with this house and Chatham. The town of Chatham is the quaintest of all the towns on the Cape. Free band concerts are every Friday night in town and free Chatham A's Baseball games are throughout the summer. Fabulous playgrounds for the kids by the ball park and all this within biking distance.

I feel very lucky to rent the house for our family reunion. The house is beautifully decorated, has great read telling the story of the house; it has plenty of room for our parties - 6 adults and 4 teenagers. We drove around Cape Cod during our stay, I have to say it's a perfect location for what we're looking for, bike distance to Light House beach and Fish Market (it's a lot of fun watching fishermen pulling in catch of the day!), great shopping at Chatham Main Street, a very quiet neighborhood. Lisa and Arnie are great people to do business with. Before the trip, Lisa shared her recommended to-do list to help us prepare. While we were there, we called Lisa and Arnie about a couple of house questions, they picked up and helped us right away. After the trip, they returned the deposit within the time frame as they listed in the contract. Strongly recommend for other families!
It was our first visit to Cape Cod from the Uk and we loved it! Such a great house in a fantastic location. Highlights were sitting around the firepit in the evening, the spa bath in the master bedroom and cycling into the beautiful town of Chatham. Everything was clean and as advertised with all that we needed for a great stay. Chatham itself is a wonderful location with a great town beach and interesting shops. Enjoyed an excellent meal at the Chatham Bars Inn Resort and visiting the town pier to buy your fish or lobster straight off the boat is a must. I am running out of superlatives! Highly recommend both house and location.
This well appointed vacation home offers a convenient location to Chatham, plenty of comfortable space great for relaxing or entertaining and many extras! The newly constructed fire pit is fantastic!
We had a lovely stay at this property in August 2012. The owners are fantastic and were very easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and during our stay. They even provided us with a thorough list of "things to do" in/around the area. The house is truly a must see and you can tell that a lot of time and dedication went into the decor. It is spacious, cozy and perfect for hanging around with good friends/family. It is also very close to "downtown" Chatham so we found the location very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. The multi-room surround sound stereo was an added plus! We would definitely recommend this property!

We often rent houses for holidays (usually Europe): I can say that's quite difficult to have the chance, as we had in Lias and Steve house, of feeling like in some old friend's home.
Elegants, not to say luxury, interiors, but first af all worms and friendly.
Great location as well!

1. Rental rates are from Saturday to Saturday. Additional $500 charge will apply for midweek arrivals or departures
2. Security Deposit refunds will be returned within 30 days
3. Both domestic and international wire transfers must include any bank charges, if applicable.
4. Bank charges for security deposit refunds will be deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.
5. Winter Heating charge - $250 week- During Rental periods October 1st-March 31st.
6. Weekly rate is calculated on 8 guests. Guest 9 and 10 add $625 per guest per week.
7. $500.00 dollar cleaning fee is calculated on 8 guests. Rental guests over 8, cleaning fee is $750.00
8. Maximum rental guests is 10 with owner approval. Additional fees will apply.
50% deposit with contract signing. Balance of all fees to be paid 60 days prior to rental period. U.S. residents may pay by personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Renters ouside of the U.S. must pay by bank wire transfer. Any incoming or out going wire transfer fees are to be paid by the renter. Fee shortfalls incurred by the landloard will be deducted from the renters security deposit.
