Love to cook and host and enjoy the company of friends and family

This is a beautiful turn of the century brownstone. It is located in the heart of New York City and when not rented, we love to host family and friends for a get together. It is ideally located near everything wonderful that New York has to offer. It is a great place for people to reconnect with family and have a home away from home.
The brownstone has a full kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, hot tub, sauna, several televisions with cable and free internet.
There were 10 ladies in our group. We had plenty of room! This place is amazing worth every penny!! Only one blemish, the hot water was a bit strange in the time it took to get there in the shower. I will stay hear again, thank you to the owners.
My family and I had an unforgettable experience when we travelled to see the iconic Thanksgiving Day parade in NYC this year. One of the best parts of our three-day trip was staying at this elegant three-bedroom townhome in Kips Bay. We were able to walk to everything - Macy's, Empire State Building (just two blocks away), Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, Madison Square Park, Bryant Park. The only time we took a cab was when we went to the American Musueum of Natural History. The townhome is in a relatively quiet section of Manhatten so there was not a lot of street noise. We didn't eat in much, but the townhome kitchen had all essentials for cooking. With a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom, the family could spread out with some of us watching football and the grandkids watching their shows. The beds were uber comfortable and there were plenty f pillows and extra blankets. Our host, Mr. Kakkar, was very responsive during the rental process and was there to greet us when we arrived. All in all, a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Big Apple. Would highly recommend.
The property is located on E 30th! It is literally in the middle of Manhatten! Access to subways and taxis are all within a block! There was 11 of us girls and we had plenty of room! The house is cozy and inviting! We loved that we all could be there together getting ready! The owner was very accommodating with our luggage storage on check in and check out! Amazingly quiet street for NYC! We will definitely come back!! It was a wonderful trip!!!
We happily recommend this home for larger groups visiting the Big Apple. This property and the owners facilitated a wonderful visit for our group of 8 visiting a family member attending college in New York. The owners were extremely responsive and service oriented throughout the entire process. The spacious unit was perfect for our group to gather each morning and evening while planning/reviewing our day. The location is very convenient for accessing restaurants, shopping, and all modes of transportation. We had a late afternoon flight and they thoughtfully allowed us to store our luggage before we left for the airport. Thank you Jason and Balram!
I would definitely return to this property again, it was more spacious then the pictures do justice. Kitchen was small and needs to be better equipped for me who is very serious about cooking but adequate for our needs since we were primarily eating out.The location was good with very easy access to taxis , public transportation , restaurants and other services. Beds amazingly comfortable. The apartment is not accessible for wheelchair and the steps can be difficult to manage if you have knee problems. Our family was in New York to attend a funeral as five adults we got the privacy we needed and the space to support one another and be together which a hotel would not have served. This is a place we would all come back to to enjoy the city.
This roomy unit was as advertised and a great fit for our group of five ladies in NYC for a long weekend. Nice kitchen/living/dining room gathering area. The owners were responsive before, during and after our stay. Very convenient for touring many areas of Manhattan with easy access to markets, restaurants, subway or taxi within a few steps.
Located walking distance form Empire State Building, Rockefeller Plaza, Theater District, Museums and Times Square
