Nice location

  • 3 of 5

It was a nice experience but we met several issues during our stay in the winter. I would not go there again because of that despite the overall impression that it was a nice stay. Instructions are not clear, there are duplicates so we can easily be lost. I would recommend to the owner to leave the instructions - only 1 sheet- near to the device it describes and make it clear even before the stay how to modulate the heaters especially during winter time. The heater (propane?) in the guest bathroom smells a lot. After 4 days and because of low temperature outside, the water in the guest bathroom froze. Only 1 bathroom for 4 adults is not what we asked for. We had to deal with it for 6 days because at that time, no one was available to fix it. Knowing that the owner just made some changes for heating water in that bathroom and the fact that it is not isolated, the owner should have checked that it works before saying yes to a stay during winter. However, the owner is really responsive to all our questions and fast to answer. The location is great and you can enjoy nice landscape in this area.

Spacious, yet cozy

  • 4 of 5

The skylights provide wonderful light, a sense of space, and a connection to the outdoors. Lots of cozy places to curl up with a book, and if you forgot a book, there are plenty on the bookshelves. In particular, we enjoyed the deck and since it was fenced in, our dog could be out on the deck with us without any worries. Kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots and pans. The door separating the two sides of the house offers quiet on one side while activities might be going on in the other side.

Wonderful Ski Cabin

  • 4 of 5

We rented Greta's house for a ski weekend and it was worth every penny. Everything was very organized. It has plenty of space. It could need some TLC. Lots of light throughout the entire place. We will definitely rent this house again in the future. Thanks Greta!

mini ski vacation

  • 4 of 5

My family really enjoyed our stay at the country house. It was a perfect little get away for us. The kids enjoyed the uniqueness of the house. The location worked well, very secluded and close enough for a 20 min drive to our preferred family mountain for skiing. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
