5 Stars! ***** This unit was a great find in downtown austin. The Owner was very responsive and quite helpful with everything we needed. Check-in and check out was simple, the walk to the downtown core was simple, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.

The pool was a nice bonus too, and it gets more sun than you'd expect. We would definitely use the place again.

The location of the condo is truly fantastic. Fun things to do and see just a short walk away. There was plenty of household items supplied, and lots of hot water. Building was super quiet.

Amazing location!

We had a great time in Austin and this location was perfect. There was lots of space for everyone. The furnishings and finish of the place were a little dirty and more rustic than the photos seemed. But we had everything we needed for our stay including a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, all our bedding and towels.

This prime location will be your operations base for good times in Austin

What a terrific place to make your home and base for an Austin stay. Five of us gathered from all over the USA to celebrate a friend's birthday and this apartment was the perfect place for us. We loved being together yet having separate bedrooms for the inevitable late-night crash that comes after a night on the town in Austin. The location is perfect with access to 6th Street and easy cab access to areas around town and across the river. The place was clean and well provisioned and the location is fantastic. Highly recommend for your group to gather, too!

Downtown Austin Rocks!

We took my mom on a surprise weekend to celebrate her 80th birthday! The apartment was a fantastic jumping off point for all of our adventures. Walking distance to 6th street for the best hodgepodge of music greatness. A couple of famous (not their original locations)Southern restaurants withing spitting distance-or a really long golf drive-Gus' Fried Chicken and Cooper's BBQ are STELLAR! The unit was really clean. There were a couple of things that I might mention if you are super fussy. The pillows on the beds were fairly old and lumpy-alas, I still slept well. You will be right downtown in the hotel district, so deliveries start REALLY early and they are loud. Remember though, you are RIGHT DOWNTOWN. If you are intending to actually cook in the unit you may have a few issues. There are only two plates and the knives and other cooking utensils are not the best. Also, no coffee grinder-the blender works tho.

It is on the 3rd floor, so if you can't or don't do stairs, this is not your spot. My mom did just fine, but she is in good shape and just took her time climbing up-she also stood in the front row of a really rocking blues show at Antone's (which is a block away)and rocked it for 2 hours-awesome!

There are a lot of places to sleep-would be super awesome for a crazy slumber party.

It was really easy and quick to get questions answered.

Internet was slow, but I was pretty happy to check out for a couple of days.

I would definitely stay again.

TCU VS TEXAS GAME THANKSGIVING

Very helpful owner and property manager, both very responsive even on Thanksgiving day.

Location was walkable to everything we wanted to do.

The apartment was large enough to accommodate our 6 pretty easily with room to spare.
