The Loft Deux features 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths,3 Queens in bedrooms and 2 queen sofa sleepers and easily sleeps up to 8 people. Everything is in pristine condition upon your arrival. We even stock extra toiletries, just in case you forget something! The rental also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, one complimentary parking spot, central air conditioning, free cable and WiFi, pool access, and cathedral ceilings in its bright and airy living room.

In addition to all this, our budget-friendly rates are significantly lower than what you would pay for a comparable rental elsewhere in Austin. We are also one of the few downtown condominiums in compliance with rules and ordinances regarding vacation rentals—further proof of how much we care.

The Loft Deux comes with a parking spot but you really do not need a car. There is a $1 bus that leaves every half-hour to and from the airport and the stop is a block away. There is also easy access to public transportation to get to UT. Finally if you are a member of ZipCar or Car2Go there are plenty pretty close by.

5 Stars! ***** This unit was a great find in downtown austin. The Owner was very responsive and quite helpful with everything we needed. Check-in and check out was simple, the walk to the downtown core was simple, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby.

The pool was a nice bonus too, and it gets more sun than you'd expect. We would definitely use the place again.

Great location, lots of space.

This property has a great location within walking distance of all downtown Austin has to offer. The apartment was clean and ready for us on arrival with comfortable beds. The property has a small pool that is nice to cool off. Overall recommended.

Spacious, comfortable and super local!

Everything went great. Sandeep was super easy to work with and the place was spacious. Easily sleeps 7 comfortably. He responded to any questions I had within an hour. And he even included a nice write up of bars and restaurants in the area that were fun. That was definitely helpful. I would definitely recommend renting one of his properties and I would use him again.

Great weekend!

Very well kept place. Cozy yet plenty of room for all of us to hang out. Location is amazing. Got to walk to bars on 6th st.

Iron does need to be replaced... Leaking cord!

Great location- close to 6th street and lots of bars/restaurants. Pool is small and no lawn chairs. But overall. Plenty of space for a party of 7 to sleep comfortably.

Great place! Convenient. Good access to bars, restaurants and everything you would want to do. Only thing we could have used was a few more rolls of tp...it was pretty limited.
