This bay front condo has a million dollar view overlooking 44th St. lagoon. This 750 Sq ft, 2nd floor space has central air conditioning, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It will comfortably accommodate 4 people, and also offers a sleep sofa. An outdoor rinsing shower and bay front deck are available for your enjoyment and are shared with the first floor tenants. Located within walking distance to Sea Isle's hottest restaurants, shopping and night life and a short walk to the beach. Please note that beach tags are required for use of the beach and are not included with this rental, but can be purchased from the beach tag attendants as you enter the beach or at The Visitor's Center on the corner of JFK Blvd. and Park Road, as you enter Sea Isle. This second floor condo unit is very close to the center of town and 2 blocks from the "Fish Alley" sign that welcome's visitors to the bay-front area. Several bay-front restaurants are within walking distance from your doorstep. There is no need to use your car once you arrive. This unit is bay front and the beach is only a 5 min walk away. The center of town and Excursion Park are a short walk as well. Night Life abounds in Sea Isle City and also within walking distance. Atlantic City Casinos are a 30 min drive. Sea Isle is a family town and the 2017 event schedule is chock-full of family activities. You can kayak, surf, raft, or just swim on any one of the protected beaches that line the Atlantic coast of Sea Isle. Deep sea fishing charters, boat rentals, bike rentals, jet ski rentals, and more are all within walking distance.

Wonderful house. Beautiful views. Communication with owners fantastic.

We've been coming to Sea isle for 25 years and decided to switch up our stay this year with somewhere on the lagoon. The house was a good size for the amount of people we had staying with us. The 2nd room was big enough for 4 people comfortably. There was enough space to cook, relax and soak in the sun and scenery!

The owners were great as well! They gave us all the information before we arrived and answered promptly if we had any questions! I would definitely recommend staying at this house again!

Excellent find on the bay right near great restaurants and night life

We enjoyed our stay in this nice 2 br rental. The unit is a 2nd floor right on a canal. The views are great! Our hosts were gracious and allow for the use of the deck and dock for renters of the property. There's even off street parking! The unit is well maintained and has all the amenities you might need in a vacation rental. We would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful!!

The view was absolutely beautiful and the unit was as well! Bright and airy, most importantly, clean! All the amenities of home: coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, utensils, washer, dryer and a BBQ grill! Who needs a pool when you're on the bay? Owners left the big "island" raft floating for us and access to a kayak. We rented another and went out everyday, numerous times. The location couldn't be more perfect, in Fish Alley. It was close to a plethora of restaurants (I highly recommend Marie's take out), a bakery, the main strip in center of town, b-ball courts, playground and the much needed, on every vacation, ICE CREAM. Only a few blocks walk to the beach. Owners were super nice and informative; answered all my questions before arrival. My first time staying in SIC.; so happy I picked this place. We will definitely be going back. I went with my three children and one friend and we all agreed this was the best Jersey shore vacation ever! Thanks, Terry and Frank! 👍?🏻?👍?🏻?❤️

The property was clean and furnishings were basic.

Needed a place to stay while we attended a family reunion. This 2 bedroom waterfront apartment met our needs. The furnishings were very basic but functional. Owners offered use of the downstairs dock and amenities. Supplied beach tags and let us check in early. I usually stay at a much larger property so nothing of this size to compare it with. If you have a small group and love beautiful sunsets this is the place for you.
