Outdoors offers patio dining and a private yard which add to the charm of this home nestled on a quaint lane located in Central Chatham.
We have strong ties to central Massachusetts, both working multi-decade careers, one in healthcare and the other in family car sales. We have a strong sense of family and comfort and our Chatham home reflects both.

THe quiet private setting adds to any vacation. The home offers a solace of comfort and peace after a day of adventure or to relax before a night out dining a perhaps ending with a nightcap at 'The Squire'. It's moments away from the excitement of Main St and ocean beaches, The location is the key to this gem. It's centrally positioned in Chatham and to the summer fun places in Cape Cod. Its 3 miles off Route 6, a less than a mile to route 28. The Renter can easily drive to Coast Guard or Nauset Beaches, Providencetown, Dennis, Harwich, Orleans and Brewster.
The home features 6 inch pine boards in the dining room and living room with cathedral ceiling with hardwood beams. First floor boasts gleeming hardwood floors and a spacious half bath. The design offers modest use of a two room outdoor shower with quiet access through the kitchen and up the private access front staircase. The overall design is quinsenntial Cape Cod with enhancements for comfort and entertaining.

we realize breakage can occur. it is expected that the rentor will contact the home owner by text/call with any and all issues related to home. Rentor is expected to replace any broken items as able. Deposit may be partially retained to replace broken or damaged items.
Payment in Full is required 30 days prior to rentor's date of entry. (ie: if rental week starts July 6th, payment in full is required on or before June 6th)
