Some of the amazing features of this home include your own private, gated courtyard, antique wood burning stove, air conditioning (rarity in Santa Fe!), home theater system with 32' LCD Sony TV, Bose surround sound audio system (including CD/DVD/AMFM tuner), recently renovated/updated bathroom and much more! Santa Fe has something to offer everyone! Hiking, snow skiing, mountain biking, art galleries, white water rafting, golf, shopping and some of the best restaurants in the country! Fantastic Place and a Great Location

  • 5 of 5

What a fantastic place at a great location for a visit to Santa Fe. It is comfortable and well stocked. The private courtyard is perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon nap or sitting around a fire at the end of a day touring Santa Fe. The furnishing made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and provided the right place to cook some easy meals. The linens are plush and the entertainment systems are better than expected with great sound and reliable wireless internet.

The Santa Fe square is barely a 15 minute walk away. You can enjoy the many museums, restaurants and jewelry stores with little effort. The art studios on Canyon Road are just a few minutes away. It is easy to spend the day touring the many studios and enjoying a nice lunch at El Faro. Many of the good Santa Fe restaurants are in the neighborhood. Be sure to try Maria's for some New Mexico cuisine or Vinaigrette for a great fresh salad. It is easy to venture out to the surrounding areas since the major roads are within easy access.

Truly a Gem!

  • 5 of 5

My two children and I are so sad to be leaving the gorgeous Casa Encantador tomorrow. In fact, my 11 year-old daughter said to me, "Mommy, when I grow up I want to live in this house exactly as it is decorated now." I have stayed in numerous Home Away rentals around the world, and this one, by far, is the most beautifully decorated. Additionally, with its lovely private patio, high ceilings, huge skylight and efficient layout, the house feels spacious. Finally, you can't beat the location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Plaza plus just a 5 minute drive to Museum Hill. Don't miss Casa Encantador!

A Place to Celebrate

  • 5 of 5

The celebration of my 70th birthday with two girlfriends in Santa Fe this December was an extraordinary gift made even more special by the charm, warmth and natural sunlight of this adobe casita. The furnishings and amenities, conducive to endless conversations around the antique wood burning stove, provided an exquisite taste of Santa Fe living. This house is planned with comfort and beauty in mind and is meticulously maintained. The location was perfect – in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Road. I would stay here again – and again.

Lovely Vacation Accommodation

  • 5 of 5

Definitely recommend. Terrific, private accommodation within walking distance to the Plaza. It's also an easy walk to Whole Foods --and the full kitchen is well stocked with utensils should you wish to stay in. A gas grill is provided on the patio as well. Close access to great day hikes, and the owner has several reference books available so that you can choose your expeditions.

Santa Fe Charmer

  • 5 of 5

This condo is fantastic in so many ways! The outside courtyard and interior decor are stylish and comfortable. We had everything we needed - area maps, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, and a great stereo system/TV/DVD setup.

And the location really can't be beat. We were walking distance from many great restaurants, the farmer's and artisan's market, and of course the main Plaza.

My husband and I are also avid mountain bikers, and we were able to ride from the condo to miles and miles of nearby mountain bike trails (all of which were incredibly fun to ride).

We can't wait to come back to this location in Santa Fe!

Perfect Santa Fe Location

  • 5 of 5

My family and I could not have been happier with this little Casita! It was stunning inside with a private and beautiful to enjoy the sunsets. Also, it was close to everything - ridiculously easy walk to the Plaza for dinner and shopping or the Railyard for the Farmer's Market. Also close to St. John's - the reason for our long stay (6 weeks).

The house had everything we needed: good pots & pans, great stove, HE washer/dryer. Plus, the decor was so lovely - it was obvious a lot of love and thought went into the interior.

Thank you Tom and Karen for all your hard work that is so evident in this beautiful Santa Fe home! I would LOVE to return in winter!

Thank you!
