Wide stairs lead to a covered porch with couches, chairs and tables. The front door leads to the master bedroom with a queen-size bed and bath with rain shower. Up one flight is the great room, with expansive windows. On the West is a peak at the ocean; on the North 2-story-high windows let Cape light govern the mood. Chef's kitchen has an island that lends to cooking and entertaining. The living room is warmed by a fireplace, and equipped with a flat screen television and DVD player. The deck, through the French door, has a grill and al fresco seating for 6.
Upstairs is the loft bedroom with queen bed, a private bath, and a balcony. A spiral staircase takes you to the roof deck. From the deck, Herring Cove beach is visible to the West and P-Town Harbor to the Southeast. Downstairs, the garden-level bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and the private bath has a jacuzzi tub.
If we are booked or you want to be a bit closer to town, see our premium Commercial St Condo, #351940.
6 friends and I had a wonderful stay in this townhouse! Super updated and in a great location nestled away from the bustle of Commercial, but close enough to walk into town. Loved how much space there was of all of us to move around without being on top of each other and the views from the top floor were lovely! Hoping to stay here again soon!
The property was well done. Master suite encompasses the entire first floor with a large two sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower. The garden level suite encompasses the entire lower level with a basic bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub. This space also has a private entrance besides the main entrance. The second level is one large open living room, dining room, and kitchen with an oversized island. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment to prepare just about any meal. We got much use out of this space. Off this common space was a large deck with a table and grill. Most of our meals were prepared and consumed here. Very peaceful and somewhat privet. The third level bedroom was an open loft with a basic bathroom. The room deck though on the small side was enjoyable. Can't beat 360 degree views of the tip of the cape.
Overall the property is well done and a great value. Some things that would have made our stay better would have been... Additional parking, door on the garden level bedroom, larger master suite balcony with stairs to the ground, lower bar stools around island, and user friendly locks on all back doors (very challenging to figure out how they work).
Had a wonderful stay here with friends. The photographs really don't do the house justice: it is even more stunning in real life! The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and we grilled most evenings. A fantastic location, just far enough from town to enjoy a quiet evening on the deck and close enough to the beach to walk. Thank you!
The property is beautiful, very well kept and updated with all modern amenities. We enjoyed a long weekend in Ptown, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The property manager, Trent, was A breeze to work with and the neighbors were awesome; providing helpful details on local restaurants (The Hideaway and Front Street) that were already open this early in the season. A walk to Herring Cove or downtown was just a short distance away. The weather was great so we also got to enjoy the many patio/deck spaces available at the house to relax outdoors.
Truly, a wonderful place that was ideal for us, a group of three adult couples and one dog. The best part were that the bedrooms were each on their own floors, each had their own bathroom, and all bedroom floors were on their own levels separate from the main living area. Trent was super easy to deal with, and we will be looking first at this property upon our return!
I visited with my husband and two other couples for the weekend. The list is described and pictured accurately. The property was clean and well maintained. The manager went out of his way to help us out. The house is near the dunes/beach entrance so a great place for walking. The rain fell and the wind howled and the house had plenty enough space for the six of us with enough privacy for all. The bedrooms are all private so if you need personal space, it's there. The main floor is open so we could cook and hang out together. We also played cards and watched the Patriots win on the large screen tv all at the same time. The big wall of windows made for watching the changes in the mood of the sky very relaxing. The linens were quality and everyone said the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has high quality appliances and is set up for cooking. There were an adequate amount of utensils, pots, pans and basics like salt, pepper. Cooking was a pleasure. Nice place being near everything, but not in the thick of it. Google maps gives bad directions and the manager Trent came to our assistance in finding the place. Ptown is great any time of year, and in January you'll find half the stores / restaurants open. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives and strangers too!
