One story, low built cottage with large windows for water views in the living room and easy to 'live in' floor plan - living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bath.
My husband and I are retired grandparents who enjoy people!
We live nearby and are available for questions and problems should any occur. Summer at the beach is as good as life gets for us, and, hopefully, we provide that for our guests!
Rebecca Legro purchased this cottage in 1960
The location of this cottage provides an 'ocean' beach and a 'harbor' beach right outside your door. This location provides you with any water sport you might want to indulge. When you are ready to leave the beach, you can explore Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, Kittery or Portsmouth NH all within a half hour drive.
Portland and Boston are also nearby.

Welcome to Wells Beach,
There is parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the units (a must in the busy summer season).
We have more than a mile of sandy beach on the ocean perfect for enjoying long walks or jogging by the surf. There is a small semi-private beach just beside the cottage on the harbor side of the cottage. Sailing, surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding are all popular sports with rentals for the equipment nearby.
Fishing off the jetty is a popular past time at the beach and shopping the outlet stores in nearby Kittery is also a popular past time!
There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each, a dine in kitchen, living room with pull-out couch and bath.
Accommodations are for 4 people and any additional people would be by permission of the owner. Although we love pets,we have a no pet policy. The cottage is well equipped, but it is a Maine cottage built for relaxing and with little high tech equipment.
Please contact us for further information that you may need.
Wells and Ogunquit also offer several rental facilities for surfing equipment, kayaks, and canoes, as well as opportunities for fishing charters and whale-watching excursions.
Portland, the largest city in Maine, is a forty-minute drive away and offers many fine restaurants, and the town of Ogunquit and its famous Playhouse (which stages several large musical productions each summer) is even closer. The Kittery Outlet Malls and the Kittery Trading Post are only a half-hour away by turnpike for shopping on the occasional rainy day. Boston, Massachusetts is quickly accessible through a nearby Amtrak station.
