Wonderful week in Passagrille!

  • 5 of 5

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at this gorgeous house. It is situated between the bay and the ocean, so water views are everywhere. It has been fully renovated and is beautiful. We had a party of 7, and were very comfortable. Everyone especially enjoyed all of the different decks. It's a two minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking the beach everyday and going back for the sunset each evening. Several good restaurants are within walking/biking distance. Shaners is a great market for fresh seafood, deli, meats, etc. Publix and Walgreens are a quick car ride away for bigger shopping needs. The pool and hot tub were great, and the team was very responsive when we had some issues the first day. There is some road construction in PAG right now, with detours and noise that affect all rentals right now. It didn't really bother us though. Thanks for a great vacation!

Very pleasant stay. ...everything was as described and more. We had an issue with the pool heater not warming the pool which was quickly repaired after a call to itrip.

This property is gorgeous. We couldn't have had a better trip. The master suite in particular is stunning.

The pool is wonderful and perfect for relaxing, reading, floating, and tanning! The beach is incredible and so close!

The location is amazing. Pass-a-grille is the cutest little town, but has everything you'll need in close proximity.

Thank you so much!

A Week in Paradise

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the Jewel of the Isle as we created a family vacation around my brothers wedding at st Pete beach. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had plenty of room for my family of 5 along with my brother and sister. The decor is lovely. It felt like a home away from home. The multiple level decks outside of each bedroom were very nice for a morning coffe and watching the sunrise. The large deck out back overlooking the pool was a nice option for eating dinner. The dining room table flowed right out to the deck table. The pool was very nice. The kids enjoyed splashing around in it. The adults enjoyed relaxing in the "hot tub" area. We were there in July so the heater for the hot tub was not on. The above deck kept it in the shade all day so it was a nice cool down pool!! The beach is a short walk away (maybe a minute or two). The house is also walking distance to the little town of pass a Grille shops and eateries. My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks looping around the peninsula. We will definitely rent this house again if we are lucky enough to plan another St Pete vacation. We enjoyed our week so much we are seriously hoping to retire in this area!

Vacation Stay

  • 3 of 5

The home was of a nice size and accommodated us nicely. The home was also fairly close and convenient to beach access, featured a nearby basketball court and some nice restaurants. Additionally, the WiFi worked well. Road construction in the area was a nuisance, but manageable. However, the pool was smaller than expected per the picture and was also very dirty when we arrived. Additionally, the pool was not screened in, so bugs were an issue. Also, there was no DVD player and the hot tub did not heat up.

Best ever!!!

We recently stayed at the Jewel of the Isle in Pass-a-Grille, Fl.

It was an exceptional stay down to the smallest detail. The accommodations were superb and everything was perfection, with the new swimming pool and the "submersion tub", as I liked to call it, a great and welcome surprise.

The attention to detail was great and the service call we put in for the garage door "problem" (when we couldn't figure out the closing button) was extremely quick. And the location near the amazing beach was also great.

Too bad we found this 'Jewel' just at the end of our daughter's stay and graduation at Eckerd College. I'm so glad that we found and booked it way back in August for a May graduation.

This will definitely be our choice of accommodations if we chose to come back to St. Pete Beach area. We were 7 family members and it was perfect. Easily a 5 star rating.
