This great apartment is full of natural light and lots of fresh air. Coral stone floors, kitchen and bathroom counters. Only two apartments per floor, located in the third floor, two car garage, and 24 hour doorman in the reception. Roof -top beautiful pool with wading pool/jacuzzi and grill area. For the young ones there is a playground only one floor down from our apartment. Taxis are accessible 24/7. Safety deposit box (in two bedrooms), sound-proof windows and FREE WI-FI.

The apartment has a living room, dining room, balcony with BBQ and Hamaca, and down the hall has three bedrooms with its own full bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom in the bedroom hall.

Behind the kitchen there is a small laundry area with washer and dryer, and a small bedroom with its bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioner throughout and hot water.

The kitchen and bedding equipment are top quality, the entire place was freshly painted and floors re-finished not long ago.

It has two new flat screen TVs with cable TV. It has a dedicated phone to connect with the doorman.

The apartment will be rented with new soap, shampoo, toilet paper, washer soap, dish soap, sponge etc.

There are super-markets nearby where you can find other things you may need.

Two sets of keys if you require them and a handy local guide will be on-site for visitors.

My family lives in Cartagena. This property was previously owned by my sister. We are a family of four: half Canadian, half Colombian and although we live abroad, this is our second home, and it was furnished thinking of peace and comfort.

Cartagena is a city that attracts tourists most year round and crowds can create havoc in buildings. What is unique about this building is that most people there are owners that live on-site all year round, therefore the premises are very well taken care of and they know each other which makes it very tranquil and safe. My brother and family lives in the 6th floor.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has privileged views, from the balcony, you see the ocean and from the back rooms you see the Cienaga de la Virgen a large body of fresh water with mangroves.

I have installed special netting (imagine like tennis court net style) in the balcony and large windows because I have young children in fear they would jump down! They are not offensive to the view. Satefy deposit box available

Beautiful Comfortable Bright FAMILY Condo

The perfect condo with the perfects hosts

The comdominium is located in "La Boquilla" just north of Cartagena on a beautiful stretch of beach that allows for special sunset views from the infinity pool on the roof. The three bedroom condo plus maids quarters was high class all the way. It was clean, well furnished, very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a home in the United States. Our group really could not ask for more. There was 24 hour security at the entrance who were very helpful coordinating taxis into town and other questions when we would call down for assistance (speaking Spanish). For this reason we were always feeling incredibly safe and well taken care of. Taxis are a quick 10-15 minute ride into "El Centro" without traffic and cost us 20.000 pesos. The airport is also extremely convenient and cost 17.000 pesos by taxi. When we needed a rest day from our activities and exploration we found ourselves lounging by the beautiful pool, sitting in the sauna and steam rooms, playing soccer with local kids on the beach and simply enjoying the nice balcony and family room of the condo which also featured driectTV satellite allowing us to catch the college bowl games. The owner Camila was always responsive via email and her family on site were extremely friendly and generous hosts always taking care of our group. Camila also connected us with the best cook/maid we could have ever asked for. Daisy was another huge reason our stay was so memorable as she cooked breakfast and lunch for us making the most amazing local fried fish, coconut rice, fresh juice, fruit salad and the list goes on. Daisy also did our laundry and would clean the entire apartment each day. She was a steal and you should inquire about hiring her if you choose to stay at this apartment. Overall this was a hotel quality condominium, on one of the better beaches in Cartagena that is not on an island with excellent service and warm hosts. I would stay here anytime I return to Cartagena and I am thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here his past trip.

Great experience

We stayed for 1 week. The apartment is very big and comfortable. Camila and her family are wonderful hosts. The building is very nice. Recommended for families!

Our Family Can't Wait to Return

Somos una familia de tres con un niño pequeño que se quedó en el apartamento durante seis semanas. Este apartamento es espacioso, limpio y fantástico. Hemos utilizado hogares lejos de casa muchas veces y este apartamento ha superado nuestras expectativas. Estaba limpio y bien mantenido. Está situado en una zona muy agradable y segura de Los Morros. Cocinamos la mayoría de las comidas y el apartamento en sí está muy bien surtido con utensilios de cocina y herramientas para cocinar cualquier cosa necesaria. La lavadora y la secadora son muy bueno. El propietario ha pensado en cada detalle, incluyendo cestas de la ropa para las habitaciones. Los acondicionadores de aire funcionan muy bien. Nos encantó el patio y utilizamos la barbacoa con frecuencia. La piscina de la azotea es excelente, con un montón de sillas, y está muy limpia. Utilizamos la playa para practicar kitesurf y jugar en la arena. Era muy sencillo y rápido obtener un taxi y el personal del condominio era muy servicial y amigable. Tratar con Camilla y su familia fue un placer, ella era agradable, servicial y atenta a nuestras preguntas. Realmente no podemos esperar a volver.

Comfortable and convenient

• Tuvimos un tiempo increíble. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y el gerente nos hizo sentir como en casa. Fue un corto viaje en taxi del centro durante el día o por la noche. La señora que cocinaba y limpiaba hizo un gran trabajo y su precio era muy razonable. El edificio cuenta con una bonita piscina y un parque infantil, y la playa está justo en frente del edificio. La Boquilla es una zona muy agradable para alojarse si quieres estar cerca de la playa. Nosotrs sin duda lo recomendamos.

This condominium is located right in a 'hip' beach area, much less crowded and cleaner than Bocagrande beaches. The area is a strip of new Condominiums and some high-end hotels, which will offer spa, restaurants, tennis and other services for a fee. At the beach you will find tent/chair rentals, sport equipment rental, food, refreshments and knick knacks sold by walking locals. We are a few minutes away from the Airport, the Old City - Declared Patrimony of the Humanity - and the modern districts of Bocagrande, Castillogrande and El Laguito.

The building has 24 hour doorman which will get you a taxi at any time. Taxi service is inexpensive.

Cartagena is a Caribbean friendly city full of history, incredible architecture, delicious food, shopping for all budgets and with lots of close-by destinations such as mangrove canoe trips, volcanoes, the Rosario Islands, the Botanical Garden, and military castles from the time of the Colony.

The condo is on the 3rd floor and our brother lives on the 6th and is available most of the year in case you have any inquiries. Most all the other condos are lived full-time by their owners which ensures you a tranquil stay.

We have a roof-top pool, jacuzzi and wading pool with an incredible view of the ocean and a BBQ. On-site yoga and dance classes and if they are on while your stay you can join in for a small fee.

By request maid/cook for your stay for a daily fee.

The condo is freshly painted, all kitchen utensils, small appliances, bedding and some others were imported from the US to ensure good quality, and was furnished to supply comfort and quality. We prefer our guests to be families or Corporations.
