About Kathy Arsenault
Our parents moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 1960 and designed our family home to be built on the beautiful riverfront property in south Titusville. My sisters and our families currently live in New Smyrna Beach (FL), Tampa (FL), and Tilton (NH), but Titusville will always be 'home' for us.
Kathy Arsenault purchased this House in 1964

Peace of Heaven
Best kept secret away from the crowded tourist spots on space coast. Backyard pool and river, wonderful sunrises, something for all ages. Close enough to local attractions and dining but great to stay in and cook for a small crowd. Love this place. Our 5 yo grandson said he loved the fishing and swimming. Quaint 60’s decor, family friendly. Will be back.
We will definitely rent this property again.
Loud, festive, just plain fun.
Excellent place to stay. Kathy was courteous and timely with all communications. The property manager was awesome and always available. We loved the screened in pool and patio looking at the river.
Everything was wonderful, wish the pool was heated though. We only went swimming one time in seven days because it wouldn't warm up. So that's why I gave it only four stars.
Very cozy and relaxing we look forward to visiting again in the future.
Great place on the river. Clean and comfy with beautiful sun rises. Worked great for the family get together we had.
Shortest commute to Kennedy Space Center. Disney World and Orlando attractions 40 minutes away. Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral or Playalinda Beach a short 20 minute drive. Enjoy the view from the house looking out to the Indian River Lagoon. Watch dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and blue herons from the house, and space launches too! Walking or bicycling is safe and rural in area surrounding home. Titusville's beach, Playalinda, on the Canaveral National Seashore, is 24 miles of shoreline and is the longest stretch of undeveloped public beach on the east coast of Florida. The stretch of drivable beach is just over 4 miles.
From Wikipedia.org: Indian River Lagoon is North America's most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals. It also has one of the most diverse bird populations anywhere in America.
Nearby Mosquito Lagoon is world renowned for it's fishing!
