Welcome to our villa Cacao, a beautiful 4 bedroom villa located on the hillside of Toiny. The villa is built on two levels and offers amazing views of the Toiny Bay. The great room has luxurious furnishings, features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and opens onto the spacious terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped featuring air conditioning; microwave, espresso machine, blender and icemaker etc. There is a mini bar with 3 chairs which is a lovely area to sit and have a few snacks. The living area offers comfortable furnishings to sit back and relax with a large plasma television that has both Dish network and French satellite.
The fully air-conditioned villa offers two spacious bedrooms are connected to the modern living area. The third bedroom located with outside access has great privacy and the fourth bedroom is located on the lower floor with an independent kitchenette and living area with an outside dining area. The forth bedroom is very much a studio separate to the villa.
The bedrooms feature views of the ocean, ensuite bathrooms and king size beds (6.56 × 6.56) along with apple TVs that also offer Dish and French satellite.
The villa has a great size terrace where you can enjoy some time in the heated pool sipping on your favorite cocktail. You can spend a lot of the time on the terrace with family and friends and listening to the waves crashing up against the rocks of Toiny Bay. The view from the terrace is only spectacular and it is where everyone wants to be while staying at the villa.
The closest beach to villa Cacao would be Toiny beach however this beach is on the wild coast and would not be recommended for swimming as it would have very strong currents. It is a great beach for strong and experienced surfers. Petit cul de Sac would be the closest beach recommended for families who like to snorkel and swim. It has a great coral reef to explore.
One of my favourite beaches Saline is only 5km from the villa and has the most gorgeous turquoise water and sandy beach. A lot of clients love to visit this beach while staying at villa Cacao.
The airport is 15 min drive away and Gustavia – the capital of St Barths is only 20 min drive from the villa. Gustavia have lots of shopping and great restaurants to choose from and is a great area to explore while on the island.
The villa offers housekeeping service every day except Sundays and public holidays. The villa also has pool maintenance and a gardener. The villa have beach towels at the villa also.
This bedroom has a wonderful ocean view with a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is connected to the living area.
This bedroom is also connected to the living room and also has an ocean view with a terrace featuring king size bed along with ensuite bathroom.
This bedroom has an ocean view with a terrace and features a king size bed and ensuite bedroom. You access this bedroom by the terrace and it doesn’t have access from the main villa.

Acamar is a beautiful villa in a quieter part of St Barths- I was worried prior to arrival would we be too far away from everything but this was defiantly not the case- literally everything was only a short drive. We got to know the island super fast as it is so tiny and we felt like regulars by day 2. The villa was stunning and the service by Exceptional villas and the team on the island was in one word SUPERB- thank you again ladies.
We are just back from a wondeful stay in St Barths. This villa was perfect for our family. Everyone thought the villa was nicer in person than the photos so that was a nice surprise. The villa is approx 20 mins from the main spots but we loved being away from it all and could take a spin into town for shopping and dinner so we had the best of both worlds. St Barths is a fabulous island and we cannot wait to return in the fut
St Barths is a stunning volcanic mass of 8 square miles. St Barths has a wonderful French flavour combined with the unique warmth and friendliness of the Caribbean. It offers an incredible level of sophistication and stunningly beautiful beaches and landscapes. You will feel you have landed in paradise when you arrive at Gustave III Airport. St Barths or St Barth in French is truly one of the most naturally beautiful, peaceful and safe Islands in the world.
St Barths is part of the French West Indies and is one of the most chic and glamorous vacation destinations in the world. It is also one of the safest vacation locations in the world with virtually no crime at all. One of the few places where you can leave your car open with your bag inside and it will still be there when you return. Some of the most stylish and wealthy people in the world have homes in St Barths and it attracts many celebrities. The island is full of incredible restaurants, designer shopping, trendy bars and wonderful gourmet restaurants. It is incredibly glamorous especially in the Capital Gustavia which is set against a back drop of luxury yachts and designer boutiques but there is also a wonderful down to earth side of the Island with its surprisingly dramatic and beautiful terrain, ranging from rocky peaks to picturesque coves, stunning white sandy beaches and crystal clear, warm turquoise waters. There are no casinos, no golf courses, no major airport, no high rise hotels, no waterslides and no man made attractions. It is a rare and resilient beauty. It is a true paradise.
Covering just eight square miles, St Barths is one of the oldest volcanic islands in the Lesser Antilles. It was discovered in 1493 by Christopher Columbus during his second voyage to the New World. He re-named the island in honour of his brother, Bartholoméo. Development in St Barths has been so carefully controlled. It is not over developed with its growth being severely controlled. Preserving the natural beauty of the island has been a major priority so you'll find restored buildings that hark back to its days as a free port under Swedish rule and traditional Caribbean colonial-style houses, some brightly painted others white and cool behind their slatted shutters. St Barths also has a wonderful and diverse range of animals and birds, including iguanas, turtles, pelicans - the island's mascot - and the little hummingbirds, as well as quaint fishing villages, lagoons, forts and picturesque churches.
Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere. In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder.
On shore the streets are steep and narrow and full of character. There is often a lively buzz around many of the bars and restaurants particularly along the boardwalk. The streets are lined with serious fashion names such as Louis Vuitton and Hermes as well as some beautiful boutiques and designers that are unique to St Barths.
Saint Jean is second in size to the Capital of Gustavia and is also the only other sizable town in St Barths. St Jean sits on the Island’s North Shore on Baie de St-Jean just over the hill from Gustavia. The small airport of St Barths lies at one end of St Jean and it is always fascinating to watch the tiny planes coming into land over a steep hill and down onto the second shortest runway in the world. Aswell as the beautiful Eden Rock Hotel, there are several other nice restaurants and bars along St Jean Beach. Behind the beach, just a couple of minutes walk the Eden Rock, is the small town where there are two rows of very chic shops and some restaurants and bars.
The main restaurant at the Eden Rock is also worth a mention. Aptly named “On The Rocks”, it has a beautiful atmosphere under the stars matched with fabulous internationally inspired cuisine by the world famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
There are fourteen beaches on St. Barths, all blessed with gleaming white sand. Few are crowded, even in peak season. All are public and free and each has a distinct personality. All of the beaches are beautiful and many have steep sided bays with soft white sand descending gently into the beautiful turquoise water. Although nudity is officially banned going topless is common.
St Barths is the best place in the Caribbean for luxury tax free shopping. It boasts the crème de la crème of international designer labels as well as some beautiful boutiques and designers that are unique to St Barths.
