This modern Junior Suite is located in The Decoplage beachfront condo resort where Lincoln Rd. meets the sea, right between The Ritz-Carlton and The Loews Miami Beach Hotels. This is the best location in South Beach with 24/7 security service. It has a southern orientation featuring beautiful views of the interior tropical garden and ocean from the spacious recently renovated balcony. The property is on the 4th floor of the building away from the noisy Lincoln and Collins streets with new impact and sound proof windows but with direct access to the pool deck (3rd floor) and from there to the beach. Laundry facilities and the elevators are just steps away.

Stroll on the beach or start your shopping all within a short walking distance from the Decoplage entrance. It comes with complimentary valet parking, access to the heated private pool and new fitness room, as well as dedicated high-speed WiFi Internet including a 51’ flat screen cable TV. Awesome Location!

The studio is exactly as pictured with a wonderful large balcony which has shade in the afternoon, perfect after coming in from the beach. The pool area located on the 3rd floor gives you a great view of the ocean and the cruise ships as they leave Miami Harbour. The beach is only short steps away with easy access by the back entrance. It is located in the heart of dining and shopping along Lincoln and don't miss South Point Park where you can almost touch the cruise ships as they pass. Check out the art deco buildings and all the restaurants along Collins Avenue. If you enjoy walking you don't need a car. Many, many things to do if you choose or just relax.

I would definitely book the Decolage 428 again. It felt like home away from home. Everything right at ur door. No need to go to the mall as the shops are right there on Lincoln rd. Perfect location.

A Wonderful Studio in the Best Location in SoBe

The studio is large, clean, well organised and looks just like the photos. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly. The full kitchen is well equipped with many extras. The large patio faces the ocean. There are endless restaurants all within walking distance. The Decoplage is on a beautiful beach and yet so convenient for walking to all the activities going on in SoBe. The bus system is reliable and very convenient to the building. The building also has parking. The staff are so helpful and friendly at the front desk, pool and gym. We will return and definitely would recommend this lovely studio.

Great appartment, walking distance to the beach

I stayed at this apartment with my wife for a long weekend last October and we really loved it. Its location is great, walking distance to the beach and to Lincoln Rd Mall, so you can be everywhere by foot in less than 5 minutes.

The unit is well furnished and a great place for a couple to stay and enjoy Miami Beach. We also enjoyed the heated swimming pool at the Decoplage beachfront condo resort. During our stay, we could not use the balcony due to the outside renovations of the building being in progress but it was not an issue for us since there was no work done over the weekend, so no noise during our stay, and the owners had told us about that in advance.

In short, a very nice, clean and modern unit with everything you need for your vacation, conveniently located and a great place to discover Miami Beach!

too loud, can't even stay in room during the day

Too much noise, a lot of renovations. Couldn't even use the balcony, some of staff is rude. Good location. Close to everything. Nice room though.

Also we agree it is the best location in Miami Beach and we've provided you with a beautiful spotless apartment, but we were very disappointed to retrieve it in dire state after your departure!
