In west Los Angeles, in one of the most beautiful, valuable neighborhoods of Santa Monica, Palisades Ave is one of the few double wide avenues nestled between the boutiques and restaurants of Montana Ave and San Vicente Blvd. Minutes from the beach, I-10 for access to all of L.A. and California, and easy access to shopping, playgrounds, theaters, and restaurants.

What makes this house unique

This is an extraordinary Los Angeles location, especially for families. A rare chance to live in a Los Anegeles luxury home with a yard and pool, while being able to walk to playgrounds, boutiques, the Santa Monica pier, restaurants, grocery stores and theaters, all a 7 minute drive from Interstate 10. Westwood is approximately a 10 minute drive, Beverly Hills is 15 minutes.

Superbly maintained, very clean, everything worked

Awesome home. Extraordinarily well maintained. Everything worked. The owners were super nice and easy to deal with. We stayed for two weeks and totally enjoyed the house and the location. Kids walked to get frozen yogurt, Starbucks and breakfast all within a couple blocks. We totally enjoyed the home theater and the quality of the house. It was surprising that it was so quiet inside and out since it is located one block from Montana Avenue. Nothing but good things to say about the home and the owners.

Warm, spacious...location could not be more ideal

We had a fantastic holiday in your house and we are very thankful for your hospitality and kindness. The house was perfect for us in any sense of the word and the kids absolutely loved it. Warm, spacious, children friendly and filled with the spirit of Christmas. The location could not be more ideal with the beach and great variety shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the cars nearly as much as we expected.
