The allure of Folly awaits you in this spacious upstairs flat. The nicely equipped kitchen includes a gas range/oven, large microwave, dishwasher, french door refrigerator/freezer and an eating bar for two views the living area for those quick bites. There is plenty of cabinet space along with a unique little cabinet exclusively for your beverages and an over-sized front loading washer/dryer. Spread out into the separate living/dining area’s double La-Z-Boy couches w/ ottomans or a recliner to relax; or dine in and play one of the board games in comfort at the table... After your done exploring Folly or visiting Charleston, which is only 15 minutes away; wind down and enjoy a night in with the 50 ' HDTV/Blue Ray DVD complete with stereo surround sound. There is also WIFI and free long distance in the US available for your convenience. A king sized bed is in the master bedroom along with plenty of storage to nicely house all of your possessions. The 2nd bedroom although smaller in size has a queen sized bed along with providing ample storage as well. Rest assured, since both the mattresses and all the pillows are encased in allergy/bed bug protectors. The linens are freshly sanitized and the beds are already made upon your arrival along with bath towels. Flat screens are also available in both of the bedrooms. There is a quaint little screened in porch off the kitchen and a wrap around deck connecting the front and back doors. The downstairs flat rents separately.

Native South Carolinians, growing up in Columbia and now living on Lake Murray, my husband and I have visited the beautiful beaches of our SC coast annually since we were small children. We continued that tradition with our 2 sons. So when our oldest son decided to attend the Citadel, we knew we would be spending more time in Charleston and we wanted to have a place close by and it had to be on FOLLY. We spend a lot of time there and have tried to make it a comfortable second home with most of the features we are accustom to having. We can only hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We just love the location!! You can hear the ocean's roar from the house because you are only 250 steps from the 3rd street access. That’s only 2 short blocks from putting your toes into the sand and less than 2 regular blocks from all the action of downtown Folly's Center Street. As well, Bert’s 24 hour market is only half a block away, so park the car and forget it during your time here on Folly.

What makes this apartment unique

We just fell in love with the window wall in the living/dining area that floods the room with natural light. It is so beautiful gazing into the tree tops.The house is located on one of the higher areas on Folly so there are no worries during excessive rainfall.

Great stay in Folly beach.

Great space, great location. The 2 bedroom is immaculately kept. Short walk to the beach and into town. Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Owner (Teresa) is very accommodating. We traveled down from NY for a wedding. If we make it back to Folly beach this is where we’ll be staying.

THIS PLACE IS A MUST!!!

This property is absolutely charming, clean and so comfortable. Awesome location as well. Teresa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was so helpful, accommodating and incredibly easy to work with. I can't say enough about the experience and the property. Teresa truly cares about her guests, and wants them to have a wonderful experience renting her property. Beds were extremely comfortable and the place was so well equipped with everything. If I could give it a 6 star rating or higher, I definitely would!!!

Completely and utterly wonderful

This upstairs unit was beyond our expectations. The pictures don't capture how beautiful and comfortable this home-away-from-home is. High end appliances in the kitchen (gas stove), gorgeous blinds on LOTS of windows, every small appliance you could think of, large charcoal grill, lovely screened in porch, extremely comfortable beds, exceptional bathroom, three flat screened tv's, and roomy feel throughout. AND, the location could NOT be better! EASY walking distance to the beach, center of town, liquor store, cool market, and Chico Feo (you HAVE to go there!) Yet so quiet and surrounded by gorgeous vegetation.
