N-4 is building N, only buildings N,H and G are next to the nature preserve with unobstructed panoramic ocean views and privacy. Our home is the largest unit available in the entire gated community. Building N is closest to the ocean, you can see and hear the waves reach the beach! We are the next door mirror image of unit N3, sharing a common wall, (vrbo# 96954) if you have two families check availability. The 3 and 4 units are the largest of the six types and have twice the ocean frontage compared to 1,2 5 or 6 unit layouts. In buildings N, H and G, the 4 units have more ocean view windows than the 3 units which have windows oriented toward the mountain. In Hawaii one lives on the lanai enjoying the ocean views and serenity of paradise, not the view of another condo or lack of privacy!

This unit is located in a lovely modern, upscale building in one of the newest gated developments in Kona. Fall asleep listening to the waves on the beach and wake up to the sounds of birds in the peaceful nature preserve in the backyard.
This spacious home was professionally furnished and beautifully decorated and features 1778 sq feet of living area plus a 326 sq ft private lanai. The private upper lanai, attached to both the master and guest bedrooms, provides a peaceful retreat with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and Mount Hualalai. (Most other units have obstructed views of other condos.) The master bedroom includes a spacious king size bed, a huge walk-in closet, a sliding door to the lanai and tasteful furnishing The master bathroom has large granite counter tops with double sinks, a walk in shower, a large soaking tub and a separate room with toilet. The main guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet and access to the lanai with unobstructed views. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have televisions and cable. Guests will enjoy the large bathroom on the upper level and there is a half bath on the main floor for your convenience.
The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, Cuisinart small appliances, Analon cookware and quality knives and prep tools. There is teak furniture and top of the line full stainless barbecue grill on the lanai for your enjoyment. Our home has central air conditioning included at no additional cost (many other rentals charge an additional fee) for those warm days or open the many windows and feel the unobstructed ocean breeze unique to our location on the nature preserve.
The upscale Keauhou Shopping Center, which has a movie theater, weekly Farmer's market, post office and grocery store, restaurants and shops is within walking distance. Kahalu'u State Beach Park, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island, is a short drive or walk as well. If golf is your game, the Kona Country Club is located just across the street.
Boogie boards, beach toys and a portable grill are included for your adventures.
There is a 5 day minimum stay required. Rates are slightly higher during Christmas/New Year holiday and Ironman. A profession management and concierge team is hired (paid by owner) on your behalf to handle reservations, deposits, credit card payment and provides 24 hour assistance during your stay.

This is one of only three buildings on the edge of the nature preserve. Of the three, this is the closest to the ocean. There is a nature preserve across the street affording a unique unobstructed view of the ocean and sunset. The privacy and unobstructed view of the mountain and sunset combined with the proximity to the ocean make this home unique. Town houses at Na Hale come in three configurations. They are designed to showcase the '3' and '4' units which are the largest and oriented to maximize the view and privacy. '3' and '4' units such as N4 have twice the ocean view frontage as the other units in the building. This particular unit sold for a premium in comparison to other units as a result of the layout and location (one million dollars). If you live in Hawaii; you relax, socialize and eat outdoors on the lanai graced by the ocean view. Our home provides the best combination of privacy, view and location. The other units '1,2,5,6' lack the view and privacy as they are oriented lengthwise to the ocean instead of width-wise like '3 &4'. Only buildings 'N,H, and G' afford privacy and unobstructed ocean views. Most other units have views obstructed by other buildings or lack privacy as they are too close to the pool, road or face adjacent units. Simply the best!
We relax and enjoy the privacy and view from the spacious lanais. The unobstructed view also results in an unobstructed path for the sea breeze. This is one of the quietest town homes at the end of the cul-de-sac, not too close to the pool, road or automatic gate. Anything you need is available within walking distance (the beach, dining and shopping).
We had a wonderful stay here- the property lived up to its description 100% and then some! Beautiful home, amazing view with stunning sunsets, close to great snorkeling beaches, and a true home-away-from-home. Everything you'd need for a comfy stay was provided, including extra beach gear, lots of maps & area info, and AC! Eric was a great host, easy to communicate with and made us all feel right at home. We'll definitely be coming back here!
I stayed here with some extended family and we had a great time. Plenty of room for a large group - my brother slept on the pull-out sofa, and my kids slept on air mattresses. Having a pool and AC in the hot summer weather was a big plus. Location is great - very close to grocery shopping, only a few minutes away from Kahaluu Beach Park (great snorkelling), and only 20-25 minutes from the Kona airport.

Make no mistake. This condo is much better than even what is shown on the VRBO listing. It's perfect . . . location, amenities, views, convenience, etc.
To start, getting to the condo is easy and in the complex, it is the best positioned to take advantage of beautiful unobstructed views of sunsets. It is full of all the amenities one would want in a vacation condo, from all the usual kitchen appliances to all the usual beach items.
It is within short walking distance to the Keauhou shopping center which has a grocery store, movie theater, various restaurants, a pharmacy, and even an urgent care.
It is an easy drive (about 4-5 miles along the coast) to get to downtown Kona. Along the drive are various beaches where you can stop for various activities. The Kaahulu beach part, great for snorkeling, is within walking distance.
We visit the Big Island often and have stayed at many condos over the years. This one definitely rates up there!!
My best vacation to date! This condo far surpassed all of our expectations. It was far superior to a hotel and had all the amenities of home. It's excellently located and the views are spectacular. The condo itself is modern and very clean and has all necessary conveniences. It truly lived up to its description. Dr Tallan was most helpful, not only with condo information but also with great recommendations of what to do in the city. He was SO easy to communicate with and made it very easy to plan a trip! Our family was already planning the next vacation to Kona, and there is NO DOUBT we will only stay at Na Hale in this very condo! All in all this was the perfect vacation getaway.
Property conveniently located close to Kona and is close enough to the ocean so that we could hear the sound of the waves in our bedrooms at night. The house is spacious, kitchen well stocked, mattresses very comfortable, a/c works well. Best swimming beaches on the north-western part of the island are within a 30 min-1 hour drive, the volcanic national park is about 2 hours away. Our family had a very enjoyable 2 week stay.
Comfortable, beautifully furnished townhome in a secure gated community. View from lanais is of lush greenery and ocean giving a feeling of "being away from it all". Nice to have two "social" areas - one in front of tv and one on other side of the room (for those who just want to talk). Couches and chairs are very comfortable. Having A/C was wonderful. Walking distance to Keauhou shopping center for movie theatre, restaurants, Long's and KTA grocery store. Only "wish" was for stronger water flow from shower heads...but that was a minor blip in paradise. Definitely would go back.
Our home is on Alii drive across the street from the ocean. We are within walking distance of the Keauhou shopping center, Kakaluu beach park, Keauhou pier and local restaurants.
