Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the gulf from our balcony that spans the living room and master bedroom. Pelicans sail by at eye level and the sound of the waves put you in vacation mode.
Our condo has all new furnishings with tile throughout. The kitchen has granite counters, a pull out pantry, and stainless appliances with beautiful views of the inter coastal waterway. The condo sleeps six; a queen sized sleeper sofa equiped with a built in air mattress is comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The living room also has a 55' flat screen TV that pivots and recliners for chillaxing. The master bedroom has a king sized adjustable sleep number mattress, a flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The guest room has twin beds, a view of the inter coastal waterway, walk in closet, and private entry to the guest bath. There is plenty of drawer and closet space.
The condo gives you access to a heated pool, beaches, exercise room, ping pong tables, a library, sauna, covered parking, 24 hour security, a community grill, planned activities, and more. There are laundry units on each floor. Two elevates insure a short wait for access to our unit on the 12th floor. Monthly rentals are required, but you will find that the monthly rate is comparable to charges for two weeks at other locations. We are close to many restaurants, a convenience store, a bank, a fishing pier, a bird sanctuary, and the pinellas trail for biking or skating.
The unit is fully equipped with plush towels, bedding, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, barware, coffee maker, toaster, grill, blender, etc. The condo now has wiifi available in the unit and a Wii with games for rainy days.
We are 30 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, a very charming city with art museums, professional sports, more dining choices, and much more.

This is not just a rental property to us; it is our vacation destination and our planned retirement home. We wanted to make it a bright and cheerful beach themed place to visit. Much of the art is from local artisans. We have it stocked with things we enjoy and hope that you will enjoy them too.

Views are spectacular. You can often spot dolphins in the gulf and sometimes in the inter coastal waterway. The white sand beach is beautiful.
On site maintenance teams keep the property looking well groomed. Twentyfour hour security on site gives you peace of mind. Condo rules limit contractors hours, ensuring tranquility during evenings and weekends. Solid construction limits sounds coming from other units.
Loved the condo, pictures don't do it justice. Spent lots of time on the veranda watching sunsets, pelican fly-bys, egrets, herons. Fantastic kitchen and beautifully decorated. Beach was combed every morning - white, soft sand with plenty of space and great walking. Many restaurants nearby - Friendly Tavern for prime rib, Wahoo's for fried fish, Kenny's Korner for breakfast and then there is Sweet Sage for fantastic breakfasts/lunch. Great location right on bus line and gated community. Lending library, activities in the community room; would definitely come back

Nicely updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. 12th floor views are outstanding, both gulf side and intracoastal side. We watched the sunset every night. The unit has all the amenities you could ask for, but was not overcrowded with knick-knacks. The property was cleaner than most places we've stayed at, but could have been a little better. We enjoyed the pool area and beach. Played golf, rented a boat, did a segway tour, and there are plenty of places to eat as well. We would recommend the unit to anybody, hope to rent it again next October!
My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our time at this lovely condo. It is beautifully renovated and the views are terrific. We loved the pool and the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and entertainment. The owner is lovely to deal with and resolved the few problems we had that were beyond her control very quickly. We felt safe and welcomed there and hope we can return in 2014. In fact, we keep saying we wish we were there now! Thank you, Margo, for a great experience.
We loved our time at Reddington Towers which was well maintained,lovely and very safe. This special unit was all that was pictured and promised- very clean,comfortable and relaxing. I would be happy to recommend to anyone restaurants and places to go and my friends,family loved it too- just by the smile on my face!i hope to get there a second time this year
