Everything is brand new and spotless. Large and beautiful balcony over looking the most beautiful, quietest, and safest part of the French Quarter. 2 tv's, A/C unit, coin laundry machine in the downstairs laundry room of the building. The best, most coveted location in the FQ, minutes walk to EVERYTHING, from Bourbon to Royal, to the French Market. There's also a 24 hour market / deli a block away that carries everything you need.

Why The Owner chose French Quarter

This is just one unit of the five home tract known as the Lanata Row Houses, which spans nearly the entire block between Gov. Nicholls and Barracks Street. The nearly identical homes were all designed by the man that made St. Louis Cathedral. Built in 1847, the homes stand where the French originally had their army barracks and military hospital. Dominique Lanata acquired the land in 1845. The Lanata Row Houses have stood for over 150 years. The Richelieu Hotel is on the far corner while the others were converted into the Lanata House Apartments.

Location, Location, Location!! You can't go wrong staying in the French Quarter!!! This Location is simply perfect for visitors who dont rent a car. You really dont need to if you are staying here, everything in the French Quarter is with in walking distance. Your a block from the French Market, 4 blocks from Jackson Square and about 5 block from the World Famous Bourban Street. This second floor condo is in the safest party of the French Quarter. It has charming appeal with the exposed brick walls and gorgeous hardwood floors. The spiral staircase leads to a loft with a week bed and full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove and diswasher. Bed Linens, Blankets and Towels are provided. The Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans and the dinning room table is perfect for your evening snacks before heading out to dinner in the quarter.

Lovely condo furnished with EVERYTHING you could possibly want! Ashley was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back again to stay in our now "New Orleans home" away from home!

Perfect location!

On our 4th trip to New Orleans for Jazz Fest, I think we found the perfect spot! This charming little apartment was perfectly situated in a quiet area of the French Quarter, near all of the things we wanted to do - Frenchmen Street, easy access to Jazz Fest, great restaurants! We loved the balcony and ate breakfast there every morning.

As an FYI, the bedroom is accessed via a bit of a tight spiral staircase, and is a fairly small space. Not an issue at all for us, but may be a bit challenging if mobility is limited.

We absolutely loved it and will be back! Thank you!

This unit is in the heart of the French Quarter, a five minute walk to Jackson Square and Bourbon Street, a block over from Royal Street and all the antique jewelry stores. Also a five minute walk to the French Market and Cafe Du Monde (famous for the beignets). Five minutes in the other direction will get you to Frenchman Street and some of the best jazz and music clubs in the world.
