The Corral at Breckenridge is a spacious, newly remodeled and decorated 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo that can accommodate 6 - 10 guests. An elevator provides access to this beautiful top floor end unit, which has a deck overlooking the spectacular mountains and ski slopes. This condo is located in a prime Breckenridge location, near the base of Peak 9 and within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops! After a day on the slopes, hop on the free Breckenridge Shuttle, just outside your door, or walk to all the restaurants, shops and everything else Breckenridge has to offer!

This amazing condo has new mountain-decor furniture and features an open floor plan. The living room has a warm gas fireplace, a flat-screen HDTV with a blu-ray/dvd player, a sound system, a queen sofa/bed for additional sleeping accommodations and amazing views of the mountains and slopes. From the living room, walk out to the deck for even more amazing views. The deck also has a gas grill for your use. The dining area has seating for 7 guests plus an additional 4 guests can sit at the kitchen’s counter/bar. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal at home and includes all new stainless-steel appliances. The living area is perfect for the whole family as a place to relax and unwind after a day of fun and festivities on the mountain and in town.

On the main floor, you also have a queen bedroom with a HDTV and a private full bathroom. Adjacent to the queen bedroom is the twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and another TV. Down the hall you have another full bathroom and the laundry closet with a washer & dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a king bed, a flat-screen HDTV and a private full bathroom with tub/shower combination and 2 sinks. Just outside the master bedroom, you will find a loft with a full-size sofa/bed for additional sleeping accommodations and a comfortable reading chair.

As guests of The Corral, you will have full access to its amenities, which include a single-car heated garage for your car and to store your skis, boards and equipment, free Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV and an exercise room. Unwind in the dry rock sauna, or soak in the brand new top of the line community hot tubs located in the East and South buildings. There are locker rooms and a lounge located in the West building, which is the perfect place to relax after a fun day on the hill. Settle in by the warm gas fireplace and enjoy the spectacular views of the ski area or enjoy the game room, with its pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, game tables and a large screen TV.

Centrally Located and Well Appointed

This property was centrally located and a short walk to all Breck has to offer. Carlos was friendly and provided all information needed to make check-in easy -- We were even able to check in a couple of hours early. The house was clean and well appointed. Renting this property made for a great NYE week in Breck.

Great location and ideal accommodations

Good communication for booking, great location right at the edge of Main Street and close to the lifts. Lots of restaurants and shops in town; everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to town; preferred to drive to lifts with our gear, but easy parking across the street if needed. Condo was nicely decorated, top floor with incredible view of the mountains. Very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. Heated garage was a great addition.

I love this condo! It's located in a prime spot for all things Breck with a quick walk (skis in tow) to lift 9. You can bounce across the street to Breckenridge Brewery for a pint and lunch/dinner or easily walk to any in town restaurant. Also, the bus stop (for in town, for transport to DIA, etc) is a 30 second walk from the unit. The unit photos don't do it justice! It has always been clean and well stocked with updated appliances/electronics and a view to die for (the view from the condo is of the mountains!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL SEASONS AND ALL TYPES OF BRECK VISITORS!

Perfect Location!

This is well provisioned condo perfectly located within steps of peak 9. Easily sleeps 10, excellent westerly view of the mountain. The kitchen exceeds all that I have stayed in allowing for ease of cooking, yet walking distance to Main St. We are booking again this season. Very clean!
