This Open Plan Ground Floor 2 bedroom apartment has been Styled to a very modern Contemporary Look,

It has an unusual feature, that it is totally open plan and was a design feature from new.

Only a handful of 2 bedroom apartments have this feature and it was an optional extra when the Building/Development was being built,

but makes a huge difference to a normal/standard 2 bedroom apartment in Nueva Ibiza.

Living/Dining Room:

The spacious open plan lounge area features patio doors leading onto a large garden facing terrace, and boasts a flat screen television and DVD player. The apartment also has satellite TV and high-speed internet. There is a dining area to seat 4 persons.

Bedrooms:

Both bedrooms are a good size and decorated to a high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite, king size bed, and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors give access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to make a double, and fitted wardrobes.

Bathrooms:

The limestone tiled bathrooms are both modern and stylish. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, contemporary glass sink, w/c and bidet. The second bathroom has a shower, porcelain sink and w/c.

Kitchen:

The contemporary kitchen, is equipped with all modern

appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also features access to a small terrace ideal for drying clothing.

We are the owners of the apartment. We have been coming to Ibiza for many years. We were drawn by the island's tranquil beaches, hedonistic nightlife and overall vibe, that makes Ibiza, one of the best destinations in the world.

Why Steven and Eva chose Ibiza Town & Ibiza beaches

We loved the location of this property. Marina Botafoc is beautiful with an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. To stroll around the marina, and see the luxury yachts, is a pleasant and relaxing way to spend an evening, yet with the buzz of Ibiza Town just a few minutes away by water taxi. For us, the location is just perfect. We enjoy the shops and market in Ibiza town and felt the apartment was not too far away from everything we love on the island.

What makes this apartment unique

We bought this property, after many years of visiting the island, and falling in love with it. When the plans of this development came up, we both thought the location, design and setting were perfect. The exclusivity of the complex with its tranquil gardens and quiet setting, make it a 'world away' from the hedonistic nightlife. The apartment has walking distance options to the marina, shops, restaurants and the beach. Day-times can be spent on Talamanca beach, and and the evenings can be spent having dinner, trying your luck in the casino, or dancing into the early hours.

Great Apartment in a Great Location

Lovely apartment and complex, the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen makes the apartment feel incredibly spacious. It is located right in the heart of the marina area, less than a 5 minute walk to many bars / restaurants / clubs but we were never disturbed by any noise. Literally the best of both worlds, quiet/relaxation in the complex with everything you could possibly want just outside. The pool area was great, our kids loved playing there with the local and visiting children. The only minor downside I can think of is limited sun on the terrace, but it's only 20 seconds to the pool for all the sunshine you need. All of our interactions were friendly and professional within everyone involved in running the apartment. What more could you want ? We will definitely return.

Fantastic Modern apartment, spotless and with easy access. The quite ambiance belies the fact your just minutes walk from the marina and beach with restaurants that serve the most amazing food and wines with a real Ibiza vibe. very impressed with the cleanliness of the place on arriving and the management are polite and very helpful. This all helped to make an amazing trip altogether, hope to be back soon!!! Cheers John

Balearic Elegance and Style!!

A modern, trendy balcony apartment with a fantastic shared pool in the beautiful Talamanca resort with its picturesque beach and stylish marina within 5 minutes walk! Elegant bars and restaurants overlooking the beach and within the marina were plentiful. The tapas, sushi and wine were absolutely first class, the Ibiza restaurant scene now competes with the music vibe! The owners were helpful and easy to deal with and the managing agents were friendly and responsive. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

Great apt in a modern building located perfectly

It has been a wonderful holiday. Three weeks of comfortable and relaxing time not only on the island, but also at Steve and Eva's place. The apartment equipped with all useful and practicable things a houshold needs. Especially with kids, it is a place barrier-free and short distances to the pool that has both, non swimming/ kids- and swimming-zone.

The apartment is clean, modern and has great and friendly hosts who reacts immediately if there are any issues. They have also great support from Nikki. The agent is very nice and friendly too. She is guest oriented and helps out when there is need. We enjoyed that lovely place the third time.

Lovely apartment in great location!

We stayed in the apartment in June 2015 with our 6 month oldbaby and it was just perfect! The apartment was lovely and modern. The complex was clean and private and a nice easywalk to the lovely Talamanca beach and also to Ibiza town. We had a great week and would highly recommend to couples and also those with Children. We hope to come and stay again soon!

Perfect in every way!

We are a family of 4 and visit Ibiza annually, we usually stay in Playa Den Bossa however we have visited Talamanca and found this area more suitable for the Children. As we were staying for 3 weeks we wanted to make sure we found an apartment that catered for all our needs, and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect, the pool is quiet and clean, the apartment was spacious and well equipped and the people there very friendly. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again for 2016. I highly recommend this apartment.
