Excellent cottage stay!

  • 5 of 5

Our 1st impression was that the cottage was right out of a magazine! It's charming, & comfy--and stunning at the same time. Over our 5-night stay, we appreciated more & more the well-done architectural details, the very Cape-like decor, and the well-appointed amenities. Everything was immaculate, & everything worked! (We needed some help on getting the fireplace started; Demetra was quick to respond, & all was well...) As bonuses: private, off-street parking, and very short walking distance to the main street (Commercial). Except for jaunts to Orleans & Truro, we parked the car & walked everywhere--a great way to see the galleries, shops, markets, restaurants of P'town. Other major bonuses: the king bed is VERY comfy! and there's plenty of closet space in the bedroom. The cottage was actually more than we'd expected, & Demetra made us feel very secure that her support was near at hand should we need it. You can believe your eyes as you look at the photos & descriptions. We certainly recommend staying at the "Lighthouse", & hope to return there in the future.

Charming, wonderful cottage!

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was a great find! It's location just on the fringe of the hustling and bustling part of Ptown was a perfect blend for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the tourist side of the Cape and then escaped to the quiet, peaceful setting offered at this rental. Our host was attentive and responsive. The cottage was well-kept, clean and very cute!

Absolutely first class !

  • 5 of 5

We have owned a rental property ourselves so we understand and appreciate how much work it is to offer such a high quality and welcoming property.

Everything is of a high standard, all facilities work well, the furnishing is excellent, the king size bed a real bonus and the provision of bikes to ride into town a really nice touch.

We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay there again.

A Delightful Escape

  • 5 of 5

The house is utterly charming with all the amenities you might need including a fully equipped kitchen, a delightful deck with a gas grill, two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and unwavering WiFi. It is situated in a cozy cul de sac with other houses nearby giving one the feeling of being in a small neighborhood. There is also parking for one car which is a must in P-Town. The two bicycles also were a hit for getting into town quickly when needed but walking into town was not a problem either with plenty of diversions along the way. Our host was responsive to any request and was charming to boot...my only regret was not being able to sit on the deck with a glass of wine to get to know her better! This was a delightful rental home and experience. We would rent it again on our next visit without hesitation.
