The dining area will seat 6 with an additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar area.

Our Condo also contains a washer and dryer and free local telephone calls. A cell phone or phone card can be used for long distance calls. All you have to do is unpack your personal belongings and enjoy your visit in beautiful Angel Fire!
Need additional room? We also have a second condo that sleeps 7 in the same complex!
Two buddies rented the property in the 3rd weekend of August to mountain bike with a group of friends. Condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a base of operations. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed and a bunk bed if you needed to fit kids or more people. It's only a couple steps to the base ski lift if you are riding the bike park. The South Boundary trail head on 76 is a 15 minute car ride, or a (pretty) long bike ride away. Other biking options abound. Temps in August are beautiful, be prepped for the occasional afternoon rain shower.
The kitchen has everything you need, and there are charcoal grills outside if you want to bbq. The condo has a nice west facing deck with a bench, and a table with 4 chairs. Perfect for alfresco dining or morning coffee, or evening wine. The owners were very nice, and accommodating. Unit is second floor and access is up a short flight of stairs.
Our family spent a long weekend here during Spring Break and completely enjoyed our stay. The condo was beyond clean. Much pride has been taken in this condo and it shows. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We walked the 5-10 minutes to the slopes each morning with our kids(11, 7 & 5). The jetted tub was nice to soak sore muscles in after a long day on the slopes. Our kids enjoyed the board games that were available to play in the evenings. We were able to use the washer and dryer and take home clean clothes instead of dreading the dirty laundry once home. The owners were friendly and so very easy to deal with. This condo is on the top of our list to stay on our next trip.
The listing description was accurate, it's a wonderful condo, very clean and quiet. The deck is the focal point and perfect to sit outside for meals or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner was very helpful and answered all our concerns. The location is perfect if someone wants to travel the triangle for dining, sightseeing, and recreation. This place will always be our first choice when visiting the area. I highly recommend it.
we stayed here June 8/9 2012 and it's a nice, roomy condo. Loved the shower in the master bedroom and the big deck. Quick walk to the ski area base. We'd stay again, great bargain for the price.
Our family of 5 recently (Feb 2012) stayed here for several nights. Owners provided a good description and were nice to work with. Condo was clean and the fact it had several TV's, Internet and firewood available for the fireplace were all nice amenities. Decor/Furniture was in good repair, but a little dated in style. Walking to the ski lift was possible, but not realistic with all of our gear and the fact our kids are younger. It was a 2 minute drive to the resort parking lot where there was a shuttle, so it was an easy process. Angel Fire is a great "family resort" with many green runs. We look forward to our trip next year and would look forward to staying in this same condo again. Thanks for having us!
